I ordered from here tonight and usually order from this Location. When my food arrived, there was very little lunch meat on the sandwich. The entire 1/4 of the sandwich has a thin slice of turkey on the turkey Tom and that was it. I called and spoke with the manager, and he offered no resolve to the issue.

I feel pity for the employees at this location since it seems like jimmy John’s doesn’t support them enough be successful and make orders correctly. They deserve better.

Subs so fast you’ll freak? I don’t think so. I am freaking though. Freaking pissed that it took so damn long and pissed that the manager hang up on me when I called to check on my order.

First time through this drive thru. 6 a fan. Long wait, and they still forgot my chips.

I really like JJs but this is one of the worst made sandwiches I have had. Forgot the cheese on my sandwich and then they are skimpy with the tuna salad, my first 3 bites were just bread! Next I notice there’s a hair in my sandwich. They were nice and remade it but who even wants it after that? Once again they forgot the cheese ….

I’ve never had a bad jimmy johns sub until I came to this restaurant twice. The bread is always stale & hard, and a weird funky flavor to it. The drive thru line took forever. Don’t waste your money at this location.

It seems as if the service and the employee interaction have been lacking lately. No eye contact, no greeting. Just waiting for you to speak. Sorry to inconvenience your day with my business.I wanted to order some loaves of bread, but I was told they were short and I could only order sandwiches? Is it because a sandwich costs much more than a loaf of bread? I understand you're not a commercial bakery but aren't you just proofing dough? With the rising prices of your sandwiches I would assume that you would want to step up your game? Perhaps a little training is necessary and customer service? I realize you will not go broke because I do not shop there. However with your $$$ dollar advertising budget you would think some good, helpful, free advice would be appreciated.

Really great atmosphere. Sandwiches are D-R-Y. Don't try the wrap! Would have been nice to get those mayo/mustard sides but you have to go in to get them dispite being in the app. This is a regular thing here - I have extra mayo/mustard in my car from Jason's Deli as they always neglect to include selected napkins, sids, condiments, sandwich scoops vs full, types of wrap, whether to cut the sandwich or not, etc. all the non-required things you wouldn't come back or demand a refund for but leave with a dry sandwich not the way you ordered without the side you paid for. They're ubiquitous at this point - they know they can get away with it and the managers obviously don't care and let it slide, or can't get anyone who cares on staff.Delivery is very average; used to actually be quite fast 10 years ago when I was at ISU. I think they just use the delivery services around town, or they gave up and started doing big group runs of many orders at once for one driver.
