I used to get one of the very large burritos every week with the hot sauce that La Bamba has had forever. Just recently the hot sauce recipe was changed and now, it just isn't the same, so I stopped going all together. Why was the sauce changed?

Customer service was rude called because they forgot my quesadillas started talking In Spanish then hung up the phone no explanation or anything. Customer service is where it starts. And food was bland had more jalapeños in it then it had meat in other Mexican restaurants those would have been mini tacos what they consider full sized tacos. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The food was terrible. It was made very poorly and they didn’t even give us everything we wanted. We asked for two quesadillas and they end up giving us some kind been Taco. Definitely not worth $50. I paid. I’m extremely upset.

Food and staff were great, parking and area were another story. Very busy area with little to no parking.
Parking: There are a few spots behind the restaurant, other than that you're on your own.

This food was nasty, lacked seasoning, lacked care, the place stank, and the regular size burrito was a small size burrito at any other restaurant. Would give 0 stars. YUK! We ordered 2 chicken burritos, 2 sides or rice and beans since they didn’t have combo or meal options and nachos. Nothing had seasoning, the burrito was soggy and nasty, the rice was hard and cold, the beans were wet and the nachos were bland. Do not believe these reviews this is nasty and I would have kept my $50 and went somewhere else. The inside had a weird smell which should have been the first sign to leave, but if you could save your money. It’s not worth it. VERY NASTY!!!!!!!!

Went there after 27 years and their burritos are just as great now as they were WAY back when. Good respectful people who puts service first and great food as their number one priority

As an only customer in the store, I had to wait 20 minutes for the only employee to finish his other work to take my order. Cherry on top, giving me the attitude of "what the hell are you doing here".
Sorry, but I won't come back if this establishment is the only place left selling big burritos.

The Mexican food here is phenomenal! They also have a sushi bar, but I haven't tried it yet. Ordering is quickly paced, and kind of awkward. The atmosphere is pretty vague, and the patrons colorful college students and various passengers from the nearby train station.

The service was pretty good but they forgot my order so I had to remind them of what I ordered. The atmosphere was ok, where we sat there was cigarette lighter on the group and that made me feel uncomfortable. The food tasted great! But later that night my sister was throwing up from the refried beans and thrown up at least 5 times now and I would not recommend going here because you don't know if you food has gone bad too.
