No peanuts,Rolls were doughy, not enough rise. Table dirty, what happened? This was a pretty good place to eat a year or two ago. Manager is responsive, waitress did her best to remedy but this could be the death slide - with Texas Roadhouse down the road it will be hard to return here. Do your best and maybe we will try you again. Everybody gets a pass once.

Went there for first time last night place was not busy at all - no wait at all. Sat down ordered our drinks and appetizer. Waitress brought all the drinks except for my husbands beer and said it would be out shortly. After about 15min waitress came out asked to take our menus and we said we hadn’t even ordered yet so she then took our order. Asked about my husbands beer said it should be coming.. then after being there 45 min flagged down another waitress to get a manager. Took manager almost 10min to come to our table- while waiting on manager my husbands beer finally came out but still no appetizer. At that point when the manager came over we told her we would like to pay for our drinks and we would be leaving, because still no appetizer after 45 min- how long would it take to actually get our food. Manager made excuses said the waitress wasn’t going to be sat anymore tables and was new, but never said how can w make this right even after we said it was our first time there- acted like she didn’t care at all… soo this was our first and last time going there. Obviously something isn’t working right there when they weren’t even busy. Another family from our area was a few tables down and said they had been waiting as well about 30min for just their check.

The biggest problem with Logan's is they are amazingly inconsistent. I've been a fan of Logan's Roadhouse since they opened in 2006, but I must say things have changed. I went for a nice steak dinner in October of 2022, and it was a horrible experience. The waitress forgot to bring out salads so we got our hot food first. The mashed potatoes were not real potatoes - they were instant. My steak was cooked everywhere from rare to well done depending on what part you looked at. In addition, it had a strange freezer burn taste to it. I expect a lot better quality for this kind of money, and don't appreciate it when the manager doesn't take any interest in resolving any of the issues.
Looking at the other reviews, it seems they've made some serious changes to their food suppliers and they're not for the better. I hope they make some serious changes and go back to their old standards otherwise Texas Roadhouse down the street will put Logan's out of business.
I was not happy spending $30 for dinner and leaving hungry.
Food and Service great, facilities and especially the bathroom not necessarily dirty but need some maintenance and refreshing, can tell it has some rough long usage.
