The service was TERRIBLE. I was the first person in line, I noticed lots of people in line got the same thing as me but SOMEHOW I was the last person to get their meal, they are almost always out of mac and cheese and they are an overall terrible restaurant. Would not recommend 👎
the manager ashley was very rude and dismissive to my questions. I asked her a simple question and after dismissing it and me she sent me out the door muttering under her breath. I don’t know what she said but I saw her mouth moving while i was turning to leave and she didn’t raise her voice for me to hear past a murmur. I felt very uncomfortable and don’t think I will be ever returning due to this situation. it sucks becuase I actually really like mcalisters food. ashley really ruined this place for me entirely.

Staff the day we visited were very friendly and helpful. Were were there at 1:30 on the weekend so there wasn’t a line and our food came quickly. My roll was over toasted and hard but otherwise the food was good as you would expect. Restaurant was nice and clean although many tables started to have dishes on them as people left and no one cleared them.

I go here pretty regularly for lunch between classes and the service is always super great and super speedy. However, today it was super busy and it was around 30 minutes before I got my sandwich, I went up to ask how my order was going and the manager lady was so kind and made sure there was a rush on my order. On top of that, she gave me a coupon for a free entree. It was still about 10 more minutes before my food came out and I needed to switch it to a to-go order, still she was so kind and added a free cookie and an extra pickle to the order. Completely unexpected top-tier service!

I was expecting to be thrown off once I saw all the conditions in the kitchen, but I was very impressed that all of the food is made in pristine conditions with pristine ingredients. We DEEP CLEAN every night and the food is good. I still eat from there regularly after my shifts. Eat here for a premium version of a panera experience.
Some good & fast food. Pretty busy about 12:30 when we got there
We ate here on college visit day . At 11 people were waiting outside to get in and we decided to come back and our wait time was reasonable considering the high volume of people on site that day . Time to order and time to food on the table was also very reasonable too . Sweet tea is good . I wish they wouid have had a broth based soup as choice the day we visited it was tomato, broccoli, and another cream based . Everyone’s order was correct and food tasted good
I couldn't find it as it looks like it is inside a different building after I arrived? It was night so I left to find food elsewhere.
If I could survive off their Mac and cheese I would. However that's financially (and health wise) a bad decision.

Hour long lines because you're horribly understaffed. Pro-tip: there isn't a "labor shortage;" there's a "paying-for-labor" shortage and the horrible state of this establishment shows that McAlister's is a stingy company that refuses to pay what their workers deserve.Enjoy taking advantage of students—employees and customers alike—but I'm done eating here until this gets fixed and I'm not the only one.
Very clean and polite! Definitely my go to place!
Get the jalapeño crunch
