Staff the day we visited were very friendly and helpful. Were were there at 1:30 on the weekend so there wasn’t a line and our food came quickly. My roll was over toasted and hard but otherwise the food was good as you would expect. Restaurant was nice and clean although many tables started to have dishes on them as people left and no one cleared them.
I go here pretty regularly for lunch between classes and the service is always super great and super speedy. However, today it was super busy and it was around 30 minutes before I got my sandwich, I went up to ask how my order was going and the manager lady was so kind and made sure there was a rush on my order. On top of that, she gave me a coupon for a free entree. It was still about 10 more minutes before my food came out and I needed to switch it to a to-go order, still she...
I was expecting to be thrown off once I saw all the conditions in the kitchen, but I was very impressed that all of the food is made in pristine conditions with pristine ingredients. We DEEP CLEAN every night and the food is good. I still eat from there regularly after my shifts. Eat here for a premium version of a panera experience.
