Waited 20 minutes in a line with 1 car ahead. Then they ask for my receipt because they don't know what my order was. Finally they give me food that is wrong and have the nerve to give me attitude for telling them. They don't even apologize for the wait . The food is always cold or wrong. If I had another McDonald's close I would boycott. Worst service.

this place used to have fire deals. bogo big mac or qp was so fire. now they barely have anything good deal wise. today i got a $5 meal deal and a mccrispy on a $2 promo. they forgot the fries which is one of three things and the mccrispy wasn’t good. :( i like the burgers and the mcdouble usually tastes good but its goin fast

This McDonald's in North Normal is becoming the joke of McDonald's! 1- Either something isn't working 2- They screwed up an app order? (How do you screw up an app order)? 3- Have to wait at least 15 for app order which was called at 15 minutes before?
