The whole team is super nice but Sherry who usually works the first window is AMAZING!! She is always super sweet and so positive. As a manager, that’s the type of customer service i hope my employees give!! She deserves a raise🙌🏼🙌🏼

I ordered a curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes in my car before I came inside to see what was going on. Where I then waited another 15 minutes just to talk to someone after making eye contact with multiple workers. Never have I had such a bad experience with ordering curbside pickup. Nor will I be returning my customer experience to this location.

Only (and last) two experiences have been terrible. They stop taking orders 30m before closing so a bunch of lazy kids getting paid to do nothing. GM better get on that

I seldom write reviews but the service from this location was exceptional and made me write this review. This was my stop everyday before i go to office for fresh coffee. Never had an issue with the quality. I have tried so many McD locations where they serve worst hot water as coffee. But this location its guaranteed you get a good coffee always. Please convery my thank you to the one who does this fantastic job every day.

My daughter and I stopped by this location on a trip down to Arkansas. Normally we stop at the Market St location, but accidentally stopped at this one. We'll be coming here from now on during our road trips. This location was much cleaner, quieter (not less busy), and the service was wonderful.

Giving 1 star because I can’t give none, your better off going to the burger king Nextdoor. Horrible service very slow, rude as hell, and I got my order right once as in one time it was what I ordered. You get better service from a blind cab driver.

THEY SUCK AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY I want through their drive thru atlest 15-20 minutes before they closed. No one was on the intercom and when I went around to the windows to see what was going on I saw them sitting down as if they were trying to hide from the customers and this after I'd already placed my order online. I'm never going to the Macdonald on Raab & Main in Normal, Illinois again.
