McDonald's Reviews
they have given me too many issues.
1) they always pull me no matter what I get and these is the only one that I have ever had do this in the city.
2) they have gotten my food wrong several times and even given my food to someone else making me wait longer for my food.
3) they don't fix their mistakes when the wrong food was delivered or even pay attention to what food needed to be put in the bag.
4) the one on main Street and Beaufort is the better one.
Give your workers paid sick leave and family sick leave and a working wage!
Many workers at this location have tested positive for COVID-19. To protect workers, customers, and our communities from infection, McDonald’s must give all workers access to paid sick and family leave NOW. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter but until it listens to Black workers and meets their demands for paid leave and other basic protections, its words mean nothing. #NotLovingIt #StrikeForBlackLives

McDonald's is a busy, noisy environment with just okay food. Staff could have been nicer, and orders can get messed up, especially with mobile app orders. Despite limited vegetarian options and broken equipment, it remains a kid-friendly place. Even during busy times, the staff is thorough and kind, making the overall experience enjoyable. Recently, customers noted the importance of checking food before leaving, as mistakes like a “single hamburger with shredded lettuce” instead of a “double hamburger no pickle” can happen even with mobile orders. Service has improved at this location, with some saying the dining experience has turned around and that the food is now good. While there can be long waits, the fries and pie are usually hot, and the bathrooms, despite smelling, are oddly clean. Staff are visible, including three managers, and orders placed at the self-serve kiosk are prepared, though sometimes it takes about ten minutes to receive the food.
