I’ve got a large order of fries that were brown like the grease was old. They tasted terrible. I took them back and they told me that’s how they were supposed to be. Didn’t offer to give me new ones.

Every time I go here in the morning there's some type of issue with the food taking longer than it should the mcdonalds on rabb never has this many issues I pulled up today to the second lane at 605 am they kept taking orders in lane one 4 cars passed me up so I pullled to the window the manger said some one stole the cone she took my order at 615 I didnt receive my food until 624 19 minutes for mcdonalds is ridiculous

Everything was cold. I work on the road and stopped in to grab quick bite. No lids and tea was empty. They gave me a lid that didn't fit and it spilled all over my white shirt and car. I would have came back but was already on the highway. I now know better than to go to this McDonald's.

I stopped bybthis McDonalds location for lunch recently. I used to self order kiosk. It worked fine like normal.
I did have to wait a bit for my food order. The food was still hot and fresh. My thing is I would recommend them add a bit more staff. Also, review ticket times for orders.
Other than that, it's a decent McDonalds location.

This place omg we sat here for 20 minutes waiting for our order and we are inside mind you and nothing so my husband goes to the center and finally got someone to look his way and the man rudely said what are you missing so my husband said the hole order yall never gave us our food but it cleared at the bank .
You guys need to stop saying your store is 24 hours when you won't serve people until at least 6:30am. What's funny is when the truck is there they do serve you, but when they're alone they don't. You can mobile order but they won't give you the order. Was met with rudeness when I asked for a refund and did not receive one despite the worker there saying they would give me one.

Managers Have a serious attitude problem, and will argue with customers even when they are wrong. Horrible customer support, poor wait times, and don’t expect a family environment in the dining area.

Question for management: look at the attached picture and tell me if this looks acceptable to you? After having not eaten all day, on 8/9/25 at approximately 11:40pm, I went to this McDonald’s for a double cheeseburger and this is what I received. I took one bite and had to throw it out because it was so disgusting. Who would even think that slopping a sandwich like this together is acceptable to give to a customer? Whoever was assembling the hamburgers that night should be re-trained or try better. What a waste of money and time.
