Came through after work to grab a quick bite through the drive-thru. Got 5 minutes away and the food was made wrong, and cold! Don't understand how I get pulled forward when it wasn't busy, and get cold food on top of it. Do better.

I went here Sunday morning about 6 am. I know this is a big college stop, but the workers and management need to clean up on a regular basis. The pictures tell you all you need see. One has a mop bucket not being used right next to a pile of fries. I used the men's room with the intent of getting breakfast after. But after seeing all this and at least 6 workers just standing around talking. NO one was doing ANY cleaning or pick up. This place should be shut down (at least investigated) by the health department in my opinion

The video sums everything up about this place. I ordered at 10:03 PM. I left at 11:03 pm. I ordered 2 items. One being the big Mac atrocity you see. I stared at my order for 20 minutes while people coming in after me left before me. I had to ask someone doing lobby work to hand me my order. My snack wrap wasnt wraped, my big mac is… inside out. And it was cold when i got home 2 minutes later. Thank you come again

Was short Sandwich on my order, as was awaiting my order 2 drive thru customers had to come in cause their orders were wrong also. The employee was rude and went as far as to say God help her before she snaps on me, seriously your upset cause u keep messing up. Order was completely made wrong. Was so offended that we left without even eating all our food.

Three times I’ve ordered a large fry and they don’t even come close to filling it like the fry usually is. Wouldn’t be complaining if a drink and a large fry wasn’t $7 but it is. So should be full more than a medium. Happens all the time. Would say something to manager but she already had an attitude.

Their app is broken. Won't load the 2nd screen to select my fries that are supposed to be free on the deal. When I ask the cashier what to do he says oh just wait 15minutes. I downloaded the app wasted my time to sign up just to have to wait 15minutes twice because YOUR APP IS BROKEN .Instead of the manager taking off a 2$ box of fries you guys can just not have anymore business of mine at all. 6:58pm / January 26 2025
Ordered two happy meals. Got them home and both were missing apple slices. They take your money and you don’t get what you pay for. That’s called stealing.

Friendly quick staff; Well-staffed. Hot food. Clean and upbeat atmosphere. At Drive through Ididn't have to wait in a spot ! Haven't had a problem there. Pretty much the opposite of the area Burger Kings.

Order curbside, wait 25 minutes, get mad and go in only to see your order but continuously be ignored. Go back the next day and have the manager act like im a fool and told me the food was selected to be picked up in the lobby to make excuses. Look at the receipt that clearly said drive thru. Go there to pick up doordash deliveries. The staff just ignores you and speaks Spanish amongst themselves. McDonald’s is deteriorating more and more with every visit.
