My first experience with this wonderful shop today - - warning, the flavors can be addicting! As I savored the Blue Bowl, I believe, I found myself wondering how to get to Normal and still manage work/travel requirements in Central IL. The bowl was so balanced in flavors and refreshing with fresh, sweet strawberries and acai. Amber is a delight, store manager, and very knowledgeable and engaged in growing her knowledge of nutrition and proper management of food prep necessary in addressing allergy concerns. I have gluten and soy sensitivities and I know I was in the best of hands through Amber's expertise and the menu, as constructed. Everyone in the area should look forward to the store's planned food truck, rolling sometime in March 2025! Thank you, Amber, for my being able to enjoy, such a delight, worry-free.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! I walked in, had never been here before, and the worker offered me a recommendation. I ended up getting the Sunrise Bowl, and it’s so good! Great service, clean store, and an affordable price too! Highly recommend going here, and I will be back for more.

I’ve been enjoying coming to get some fresh healthy snackage at nautical bowls since they opened. I tried the surf bowl today. It was awesome! Filling and made from my favorite flavors.
Yummy bowls and the atmosphere was great. I'm Dairy free so it was nice to have different options for me. My niece turned me on to these bowls.

Their bowls are absolutely delicious! However, the employee could not answer our questions about ingredients. They simply replied with the same, scripted "no artificial ingredients" multiple times.
Also, they use regular paper napkins, plastic containers, and spoons that are not compostable.
Blake was great! Redbird bowl was delicious! I will be coming back!
