Noodles and Company offers excellent customer service. The food is great, but they were out of diet and zero sodas. The restaurant is clean, but it can get warm inside. The parking can be challenging due to sharing with other restaurants. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Customers love to hear their excitement when asking about new menu items. The food is hot and yummy, even after walking back to work to eat it. However, the Chicken Parm was a disappointment - it came in a small plastic dish with a lid on it, giving the impression that it went straight from the freezer to the microwave. The flavor wasn't great, with a very strong smokey taste. The entrance and doors can be hard to navigate for customers in wheelchairs, but people inside are quick to help as soon as they realize someone is coming in.
