Panera Bread offers a typical old design with fireplaces and softer lighting, as well as outdoor seating with umbrellas. The restaurant has clean restrooms, but customers are disappointed that the nondairy smoothies are no longer available. One customer enjoys getting coffee, bread, and bagels at Panera, but was disappointed when they were out of bagels during their last visit. Another customer had a positive experience at the Bloomington location, where the manager provided excellent customer service even during a busy rush, ensuring the customer received a receipt for a previous drive-thru purchase.
