While the food here is in line with similar restaurants. The drive thru line takes way too long, tonight we waited in line for over 30 min to pick up an order we made online. This is not the first time we have had this experience, something needs to change.

I’ve tried a couple other Panera’s now and so far this has been the best one yet, speed of service was great, food wasn’t cold in the middle like it is at other locations, and the food came out quick, they were a little busy and yet it came out in under 15 minutes

Our family of 5 (plus grandma) came for dinner. Our three kids had never tried Panera before and were very impressed with the flavor of the food. We were all very pleased with how fast the food came out after ordering.

They put pork in the potato soup and they didn't add it to the menu. The menu only says potato and cheese. They added an extra option for those who want pork, but they still put pork in the soup. I will never come back to this place and I will never eat again, which made me eat pork without knowing it today. They do not write down exactly what is put into their meals because they give people incomplete information and their menus are incomplete.

Parking lot is a bit hectic of a design though, definitely be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot especially during busy times.

They have the best cinnamon crunch bagels at Panera Bread! They have pretty good breakfast sandwiches too. There was a friendly girl at the window who helped me in a pretty efficient way.
I recently ordered Panera’s “Pick 2” combo with the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich and Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice soup. The sandwich was flavorful and the soup was creamy and hearty—a great pairing. I also tried the new Kickin’ Grilled Cheese with Creamy Tomato Soup, which was a comforting, classic combo. To top it off, the Cherry Pastry was a deliciously sweet treat.

I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and a side of two baguettes… Apparently I wasn’t charged for the extra baguette, but that doesn’t matter because I didn’t get any baguettes. The manager told me that I am lying because nobody has ordered an extra baguette in three hours, but the problem is that I ordered it through the drive-through and apparently the lady that took my order did not hear that the problem being is I got no baguettes… Zero bread when I paid for a side of bread, it comes with the soup. The manager could not have cared less and the manager did not even apologize for the mistake even though I sat in the drive-through for 13 minutes and my whole order was wrong at least a cup of ice water was Correct.
