i dont usually leave bad reviews for customer service but one of yalls workers was so rude and on her phone the whole time and when i asked a question it was like pulling teeth she did not want to do it her answer was “i mean i guess” when all i asked was if i could do a split payment i used to work for panera so this was just annoying.

Today I ordered at the counter instead of the koisk. I explicitly asked for my sandwich not to have onions on my sandwich. The cashier, Kyan, did not mark that on my order and my sandwich did have the onions on it. I am disappointed that I was ignored when ordering, as that was the reason I used the cashier over the kiosk.

I love Panera but had an unfortunate experience today at lunch. I ordered a pomegranate, hibiscus ice tea that was made behind the counter and supposed to be ready with my lunch order. It was not ready so we asked for it. We were told they’d call out our name when it was ready. Twenty minutes later, it was still not ready. My mom nicely inquired about it. The male worker running the orders pulled it up from behind the counter and slammed it down in anger. When she said, “Is that it?,” he yelled “YEAH!” angrily at her. She was stunned but thanked him anyway. He said nothing. I totally understand mistakes happen. We weren’t even mad. That level of anger directed at my mom seemed completely out of line.

They took over 30 minutes to give us 2 sandwiches and soup. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They didn’t give me the cream cheese and they gave it to me cold and when I said something they said I had to get back in the long line to order a new one cause they couldn’t take it back. The service was poor, the food was cold.

While the food here is in line with similar restaurants. The drive thru line takes way too long, tonight we waited in line for over 30 min to pick up an order we made online. This is not the first time we have had this experience, something needs to change.

I paid $3 for a water cup and there was a hair in my French onion soup. I will no longer be patronizing this establish. I’ve have great experiences at Panera across the state though!

I’ve tried a couple other Panera’s now and so far this has been the best one yet, speed of service was great, food wasn’t cold in the middle like it is at other locations, and the food came out quick, they were a little busy and yet it came out in under 15 minutes
