Delivered over 30 minutes after promised - food was luke warm at best. After several means to contact about my concerns and complaint, no apology or remedy was ever offered. I specifically said I wanted to be reached via email and was never contacted. Will not get Pizza Hut again. A good customer service interaction goes a long way for me.

Horrible experience. Eating here gave me food poisoning. I believe this might partially be due to poor hygiene practices because after eating a few slices I found a hair in it. I spent all night throwing up in my bathroom (7+ times) and I did not eat anything else that could have given me this reaction. And when I threw up, my mucus was blue which is a clear sign of poisoning. I have had nothing to eat today that would upset my stomach or anything with blue dye. I DEFINITELY will not be eating here again and I recommend you don't either.

Ordered a pizza pick up. The man working did not have a hairnet (staff member has long hair) and seemed to be the only staff member working. He was not wearing gloves either, at no point did I see him wash his hands because I was watching him like a hawk, regardless he should have wearing gloves while working with food. The pizza seemed fine overall in appearance but I will not be returning here until cleanliness of staff goes up. Sad because the pizza from Pizza Hut is really good.

The pizza seemed to only have tiny bit of sauce just by the crust. The pizza was chewy and overly salty.

The cashier rolled their eyes when no tip was selected.

Based on this experience, I would not return.

Tonight I waited 45 minutes in the store with the owner insisting it would be "just a few minutes" before my order was ready. This was after I arrived after the 15 minute "ready" window. It was a nightmare: there were ten people in the lobby. I won't order from this store again. In the past, I've ordered extra items and they weren't included -- despite being charged for them. You never know what you're going to get: could be on time; could be an hour late with you standing in the lobby. Never again.

Pizza Hut isn’t stellar to begin with. This location takes corporate, homogeneous, terrible food to a new low. My husband wanted for a night with family and our two toddler grandsons. 5 of us ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of breadsticks. $48 with a “tip” for carryout which, let’s face it, just allows the corporation to pay his staff less. I got a email saying it was ready before I went inside. The wait was ridiculously long. No one acknowledged us at the counter for a good 10 minutes. People were mad waiting for food when I got there so obviously it wasn’t just me. Well over a half hour of waiting inside, and checking multiple times at the counter, they finally brought out my food. Drove home and got everyone to the table, only to find one of the pizzas-the one meant for the adults of course, was burned, dried up and cold. Sausage looked like specs of ground beef. Stuff crust was melted completely into the bread. It wasn’t just dry, it had that disgusting burned taste.

Long story short, person at the counter offered me $15 credit for “next time” (yeah, right) or to remake my pizza. What on earth made her think I had another hour to wait for crappy pizza? I paid nearly $50 for Pizza Hut which is already stupid. To have it suck more than usual is even worse. Big corporations are getting completely out of hand. I won’t eat here again. I hope others read this and stay away too. Mom and pop shops can’t make it here. Not only does this place drive small business customers away, it’s terrible.

Staff was great, but I have no idea what happened to the quality of the pizza. I ordered a Big New Yorker. The dough was stiff and dry and was mostly tasteless. When the New Yorker first came out YEARS ago it was great! Now, I ended up throwing it out after two slices. I think this is just sadly the quality that Pizza Hut has changed to. Sticking with Papa John's from now on.
