First time ordering online - Great food AND customer service! After having a little trouble ordering online, I was able to get my issue taken care of right away when I picked up. Although I was take out, really cool vibe and furnishings inside. Will have to stay next time! The food was amazing, got a 4 cheese pizza & had to order the Korean chicken wings. They did not disappoint, full of flavor! Recommend the hot honey. After trying a pizza at Keg Grove, super happy I ordered and finished the week with delicious food. 🙂

Pizza Payaa is a great and wonderful place to visit. The place is warm, friendly, and inviting.
It has great seating and is wide open. There are plenty of tables to choose from. There is also plenty of bar seating to watch a game.
Pizza Payaa offers several menu items to choose from. The food is great. It's always fresh and prepared to order.
The staff are very polite, friendly, and professional. They make sure you are taken care of.

1st time here tonight! Will be back. Got seated right by the window. Perfect place to people watch and enjoy the 🍕. Friendly staff! Went upstairs and looked around very cool view. Plenty of space. There was another family dining next to us and the lady/mom said hello 👋 to me and my party when they left..( it was graduation day for ISU so assume the daughter graduated possibly the mom thought I had graduated today too 😂)
Getting 3 meals out of mine! Very good portion size!
Found parking lot nearby...tons of people! Congratulations to all the 2025 graduates 🎓
We Love Pizza Payaa, have been coming here since it was open. Today, I learned this establishment does not take orders over the phone, or split payments between multiple cards online. If I call the business, they are not allowed to take cards over the phone.
While I’m sure this policy is in place for security measures, this business practice is not for the benefit of the consumer. I had to place 2 separate orders online and call my husband because I did not have access to the correct card information needed for the order.
I don’t understand why an order cannot be placed online and paid for when it is picked up. I called the bar and he said he could split the payment in store for me, but I would have to drive to the store to place the order. Why would I want to drive to the store to place an order and then wait for my pizza when I could call ahead of time? Very disappointed in how this was handled.

We had a party of 13 people 3 of them children age ranging 2 years to only a few months. Our server Shannon was a rock star. Very friendly, very helpful when it came to a couple friend’s dietary needs, and all around great service. The food was also excellent. My wife has Celiacs diease and their gluten free crust combined with the kitchen staffs attention to not cross contaminating was a big plus for us. We will definitely be returning!
