What can I say? It's Portillo's! And if you haven't eaten at one, def go! Don't forget the chocolate cake- its the best EVERRRR! Never have had a bad meal at Portillo's! And for faster food, it's amazing! From their salads and soups, fish, chicken, italian beef sandwiches to a burger or hot dog you wont be disappointed! Such a fun atmosphere too! ❤️

I came after a long day of work and wanted to pay cash. Only don’t accept cash in the drive thru and told me to go inside if I could pay with a card. Then I had to wait in a long line that took forever. I’m not happy that I couldn’t buy my food with cash in the drive thru.

Phenomenal experience overall! Came in for an Italian beef which was fresh and delicious. The staff is what took it over the edge for me: they were attentive, patient and enthusiastic in asl their interactions. From the moment we came in and were greeted to checking in during the meal they were great!
