First time eating Portillos. I got a cheeseburger and my husband got a spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken had a very good flavor but burnt his mouth which means it was too hot. . My cheeseburger was awful. I couldn't even eat it. It was cold and absolutely tasteless except for the burnt corners. The fries that were hot was good but I bit into several that were still half frozen in the middle. The servers were polite and friendly . The place was clean. Not sure we will ever go back.
