We love portillos and luckily when we went this time, there was no wait inside. However, the beefs we got were cold and everything seemed so rushed. Ive gotten quality way better than this during massive rushes. Ill still be back tho

Soggy saltless fries, cold cheese sauce and not fresh ingredients on the sandwich. Whoever’s working the lines Sunday night does not know what quality is and receives an F for all the above. Do better! This was one of the worst Portillo’s experiences I’ve ever had, will not be back to this one on a Sunday 👎

We had a large take out order for a high school team and the manager was exceptionally helpful and organized! The entire order was ready and packaged when we arrived. Exceptional service as they helped load the meals onto our bus.

This is a fun- themed fast food restaurant known for their hotdogs and Italian beef. But ton, I had a bacon cheeseburger and my wife a chili cheese dog. Both sandwiches were well prepared and tasty. The fries were great tonight; fresh, hot, properly salted and not overcooked as sometimes happens here. Of course, chocolate cake for dessert. Yum.

Only restaurant Ive encountered in town out of 40+ places I've eaten that doesn't take discover network debit cards. What year is this? On top of that several times now we've came in to pickup food only to find it stolen off the pickup shelf, forcing us to wait around for it to be remade. If it's such a problem, it needs to be out of the reach of customers until they verify their order.

shoutout portillos in normal. I ordered online and didnt get my entire meal and they gave me a full refund and remade the entire meal. Great service and experience.
