First time eating Portillos. I got a cheeseburger and my husband got a spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken had a very good flavor but burnt his mouth which means it was too hot. . My cheeseburger was awful. I couldn't even eat it. It was cold and absolutely tasteless except for the burnt corners. The fries that were hot was good but I bit into several that were still half frozen in the middle. The servers were polite and friendly . The place was clean. Not sure we will...
What can I say? It's Portillo's! And if you haven't eaten at one, def go! Don't forget the chocolate cake- its the best EVERRRR! Never have had a bad meal at Portillo's! And for faster food, it's amazing! From their salads and soups, fish, chicken, italian beef sandwiches to a burger or hot dog you wont be disappointed! Such a fun atmosphere too! ❤️
Phenomenal experience overall! Came in for an Italian beef which was fresh and delicious. The staff is what took it over the edge for me: they were attentive, patient and enthusiastic in asl their interactions. From the moment we came in and were greeted to checking in during the meal they were great!
