What can I say? It's Portillo's! And if you haven't eaten at one, def go! Don't forget the chocolate cake- its the best EVERRRR! Never have had a bad meal at Portillo's! And for faster food, it's amazing! From their salads and soups, fish, chicken, italian beef sandwiches to a burger or hot dog you wont be disappointed! Such a fun atmosphere too! ❤️
Phenomenal experience overall! Came in for an Italian beef which was fresh and delicious. The staff is what took it over the edge for me: they were attentive, patient and enthusiastic in asl their interactions. From the moment we came in and were greeted to checking in during the meal they were great!
I’m from Chicago and this my second time at this one my fries were cold and the cheeese sauce was cold my Italian beef with cheddar was just ok. There was a guy making salads which I bought but I saw him wiping his nose while making the salad s this is the second time my fry’s were cold and didn’t drive back around because I’m driving from 2 hours away.
