I've ordered from here several times and it's usually pretty good. This time it was probably the worst meal I've ever had. I ordered a salad and a sandwich, they called and said they were out of the lettuce they normally use, is it all right if they used shredded iceberg, I said sure. What I received was a bowl full of shredded iceberg, and literally no toppings. It had like 5 tomatoes, one tiny slice of boiled egg and like 2 tiny pieces of chicken and a pinch of crumbled bacon. It was freaking horrible. The sandwich was OK, nowhere near as good as it has been in the past. Super disappointed, and it was 26.00. Sooo bad, they should have paid me instead of me paying them 26.00 for this.

Derek did a great job on the bread end: very polite.Mckyla was also very polite at checkout.The sandwich maker, Brandon, was clearly bothered that I and the customer after did not realize we had not said what we wanted on our meals.I was seating my family.I told him that when a person with public service role is upset the customer should not know this. His job is sales and customer relations.He failed today.We visit Potbelly restaraunts for good food and for reliable service.We could have chosen Chipotle or Noodles, both next door. We chose Potbelly sandwiches.And we received a bothered workers inoconvenieced attitude. When I tried to explain my frustration, he was very smug and said I offended him.Is this the new Potbelly experience?We will no longer invest $12.99 a sandwich when I know what I am getting is better customer service value at Chipotle.

Waited 10 minutes in line behind only one person just to order.Then the woman rudely told me that another employee would have to take my specifications for my sandwich as she was just getting bread and meat. After ANOTHER 10-15 minutes, I had to repeat my order to ANOTHER sullen employee . Now, finally another woman shows up and I have to repeat my order AGAIN.20-25 minutes in line. And by then my Mac and cheese was cold.But yet they want a tip??. Not likely. Management needs to actually staff these places correctly. And maybe treat the customers a little bit nicer. Not one single person was friendly. They were rude and obviously overworked.

Ordered delivery for my lunch period. No one showed up so I called and found out they had no drivers and they pushed it to door dash. I wouldn't have gotten my food until my lunch was over. No communication whatsoever.

This is the first time that I have ever been to Normal Illinois. I wanted a submarine sandwich so we gave it a try. customer service at this store was beyond unsatisfactory. No sign to tell you where to order where to pick up where to pay. The person looked like a manager grabbed signs off counters without saying excuse me. My daughter-in-law got a hair in her food. None of the makers of the sandwiches were wearing hair nets. The lemonade and the coke were both out, we ended up just getting water out of the machine for an overly priced meal. The sandwich makers did not make eye contact and sid not have any customer service welcoming skills. The the person that took my $100 bill from me did not count $84 and change back. Very disappointed.

The app does not work correctly. Called and because the manager was doing something else they could not take order over phone. Would suggest ppl go somewhere else. This place is not customer service correct.

Best sandwiches ever at this location! I have allergies and they took their time and made sure the sandwich was made perfectly for me with no cross contamination!! The employees were also so nice. Thank you!

Workers there weren't helpful or attentive put in an online order then ended up waiting 10 minutes there anyway after putting in my order 25 minutes earlier then ended up making a completely different sandwhich from what I had ordered
