Unassuming little spot in a strip mall. Not much seating and it seems like they cater to take out; BUT the food was SOOO good and the service was fast and friendly. I got the regular Phili and the meat was perfect. I’ll be back the next time I’m in town.

I Love Rays It was Sooo Goood

We had the Regular Steak Philly meal and a Gyro sandwich. The Philly was definitely the best. Fries were hot and crispy, and the lemonade was delicious. The staff were friendly. It's well worth another trip.

Kid-friendliness: Seems kid friendly. The dining area is nice and open. Not a whole lot to worry about kids getting into. I think there were only 4-5 four top tables. So large groups might want to take that into consideration.

This was absolutely the best Philly cheese steak I've had in our area! Hubby loved his fried Philly steak too! The lemonade was fabulous too! Definitely check them out!

we just had dinner here and omg it was the best Philly cheese steak I've had in our area! I highly recommend giving them a shot! It's a small little place but the owners are friendly and the food was AMAZING! Can't believe we had never heard of them but soooo glad we tried them. We will definitely return!

I had my first Italian beef from here. The Italian beef was perfectly made, full of flavor. The staff are very friendly people. I definitely will eat here more often!!!

Had a fried cheesesteak based upon recommendations. It was sooo good. Lemonade was great. Won't be our last visit.

During basketball trips, my aim is to explore dining options that are unavailable in my hometown, preferably avoiding chain restaurants. I stumbled upon Ray's Steak and Lemonade while my wife was satisfying her coffee cravings at Starbucks in Bloomington, IL. The service was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed their turkey burger with cheese fries. If you find yourself in Bloomington, IL, staying at Home 2 Suites, I highly recommend paying a visit to Ray's Steak and Lemonade.

Detoured here on the way to Chicago because I keep hearing how amazing it is!! DEFINITELY TRUTH TO THE REVIEWS!! It was worth EVERY mile. I thoroughly enjoyed my Gyro, took fried chicken to go ( still fresh/crispy warmed up later) and THOSE BUFFALO CHICKEN ROLLS!! ??

This place is EVERYTHING! Great courteous , prompt and professional service, food hot seasoned and cooked to perfection, squeaky clean dining area and bathroom.

Ray's needs to be a chain because it's NO FAIR that there's only 1!! See you guys next time. I'll be back!! ??

Me and my family drove all the way from Minnesota to try this resturant as I have seen some good reviews online. Let me tell you, it was 100 percent worth the drive. The establishment is extremely clean. I was greeted with a smile and they took my order in a timely fashion. The food was cooked very well. The chicken was fried perfectly and the fries had a nice crisp that keep them from being too soft or soggy. This remained true even after rewarming up my food several hours later. I also tried their Philly cheesesteak which was a hit. I definitely plan to return again the next time I'm in town.

Great little place serving regular and nontraditional Philly Cheesesteaks. We ordered a fried chicken Philly and a steak Philly on pita. Both were fantastic and served piping hot. We shared a Buffalo chicken roll and should have gotten more than one it was so good! I loved the strawberry lemonade, but it was a little too sweet for my husband. No worries, I drank his too ? we will be back soon for sure!

Great food! They remade the order because of they accidentally put cheese but it was still pretty quick. Food was amazing. Get the fried Philly. So good!
