Service was great, food was cooked to order and was hot and fresh, but the ingredients are cheap and nasty. Very fake cheese on the fries, the Buffalo chicken rolls had very little chicken and kind of nasty Buffalo sauce. My new favorite restaurant! I could eat here every day. Family owned, fresh food, excellent customer service. I highly recommend!!!
Great food and good service with a friendly staff and always love supporting a good local family business. But the atmosphere in the store is very poor and it felt like it wasn't kept very clean. The food was fantastic and I'll be coming back, but the owners should really consider overhauling the atmosphere and vibe in the resturaunt. It doesn't really feel like a place you can go with your friends and hang out and that's bad for a resturaunt.

The girl working the front is always so sweet and kind: she very obviously cares for her customers and the store’s reputation! The guys working in back care about their business also! From my understanding this is a small, local, family run business. Give them a chance and you will be coming back! 10/10!

Stumbled across this little hole in the wall randomly and decided to check it out. Service was great; the girl working the counter was a sweetheart. The Philly and fries were fire. I love to support local places like this that are killing it. Definitely going to be back next time I'm in Blo-No. Keep up the great work!

Went for the first time on my lunch at work got a chicken and steak Philly , buffalo chicken egg rolls , and a chicken sandwich the best thing out the bunch was the buffalo rolls , the Philly was t phillying I’ll just hold my taste buds till i go back home to Chicago these places aren’t cheap but they’re good isn’t worth anything what they’re asking for . I love to support my people but i will not waste my hard earned money . I’ll stick to cooking till I’m back home . Blessings in the future .

I ordered via GrubHub tonight and got the Italian beef meal. The fries actually were really good. The Italian beef was also amazing even without me getting the aus jus on the side.(next time I wanna do that) I've been reading tons of reviews saying how the food was good here, and it didn't disappoint. Oh, and the cheese sauce was great!
No pictures, but the beef was really shredded and easy to eat the sandwich.
I usually like Rays Italian Beef, went in tonight ordered Italian beef extra hot peppers dipped. Also cheesy fries got home. Everything was great except they forgot to put the beef on. There was dead serious, not more than 2 tablespoons of meat. I will not be going back again.

Tried for the first time a few weeks ago. Both bathrooms were unusable and frankly disgusting. I just wanted to wash my hands before I ate. One had a sign out of order and the one that was "usable" had no soap, the toilet tank lid was in the sink along with some "decor". Food was pretty good, although the strawberry lemonade was not. Hardly any ice that melted very quickly and way too much snow cone syrup added. I liked the buffalo chicken rolls and those seemed unique to this place, but my gyro was run of the mill standard. Front counter gal was very sweet and friendly.

A little inconsistent. I always get the fried steak Philly, sometimes they put peppers in there, sometimes not. They do charge for mild sauce. Tonight they didn’t have napkins. Tonight they also charged us for peppers for the chicken Philly, when it should be included. The wings are super small.
