Rosati's Pizza - Normal, IL

Food was excellent as always think I'll stick with carry out the service left me disappointed. Took so long to order drinks we almost left. People that got sat after us got to order before we were even talked to.

Great place to eat, awesome food. High prices but worth it

Nice place to meet a friend. Calzones are good but smaller than they used to be.

was told my pizza went out @ 6:44 pm and its 7:22pm and we still dont have it....so my pizza will be cold...thats not cool and my pizza was $24. a waste of money.

Stayed at a hotel while visiting was recommended this place by the front desk clerk and I've never had worse. Maybe it's because we are bit from here and were not used to it. But I dont think so.

I like the Combo sandwich that has Italuan beef and an Italian sausage. I have the side salad with it. Very yummy.

This rosatis off rab road is the best. Pizza turns out great every time. We go once a month. We get 2 pizza's then we get the coupons for half price!

Terrible experience, placed

Although the waitress was great, I was quite dissatisfied with the food. I order a three cheese penne, in which I could taste absolutely no cheese. The tomato sauce was good, but WAY too much for the dish. Interior was quite dated and eccentrically laid out.

Delivery order took six phone calls and two hours. I was at the Marriott Courtyard on Fort Jesse Road, a little over two miles away. In town for a funeral, at motel with three tired hungry kids. Every phone call I got lies or lame excuses. Delivered pizza was reheated. No excuse for this service. No offer to redo pizza or reduce price. Outrageous. Will never go again. By the way, the pizza was mediocre.

My partner and I had a great time here. The waitress looked like the only one in the dining room and still did an awesome job keeping up with whatever we needed. The pizza was awesome--we got the white pizza and it was lighter than the average and had lots of yummy garlic. We also enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and a tiramisu, though they both tasted like they'd been frozen at some point or another. Would definitely go back especially for the pizza and service. Also notable: they advertise really intensely (sign on the door and in the menu... Logo on the cups) that they sell Coke products but actually only have Pepsi? It was just sort of odd. Edit: I dropped this down from 4 to 3 starts because on our return we had the longest wait I've ever experienced while being one of 3 tables in the place. We were disappointed by our appetizer and agreed that, in general, there are more affordable places to get the same quality food in town. We're not going to be coming back here

Frozen pizza was better. We drove 30 miles for some Chicago deep dish, waited 45 minutes for it, and it was below average. We had made a frozen one a month earlier and it was way better than this.

They don't know how to make a pizza. They said they couldn't make a deep dish pizza with BBQ sauce because it would loose the quality. I worked At a top notch pizza place. Your goal needs to be to able to deliver quality for what ever is on the menu. So disappointing.

Live 30 minutes away. Called ahead to dine in. Got there they couldn't find our order asked if we called the right store (rude). Finally got seated, they had boxed our order to go. They unbox our order and the pizza is wrong (I ordered whole mushroom and half pepperoni deep dish which takes 30 minutes to cook) we tell them its wrong and they take it back and resubmit the order which we repeated 4 times. Finally after 45 minutes the pizza comes out. Wrong again and we are so hungry we don't even care. And the waiting staff were rude to all get out. Did not even take a drink order we asked if we were getting drinks. We will never go back again.

I have been eating here for years and always felt the food was excellent. However, with the recent change in management, it is now nothing short of spectacular. I recently had the deep dish… Unbelievably good. I am a big guy, yet I couldn't even begin to finish it all by myself. Great food and great value for my money
