Food was excellent as always think I'll stick with carry out the service left me disappointed. Took so long to order drinks we almost left. People that got sat after us got to order before we were even talked to.

If I could give less than one star I would. This review is a culmination of awful experiences from someone who never complains. As I work in a restaurant too, I understand that things get busy and hectic especially in the evenings. The last time I tried ordering delivery I was quoted an hour. I live across the street but was unable to leave with my sleeping child. Called over an hour later and asked for a status. The girl on the phone said it already left. Waited another 20mins and called again saying I wished to cancel the order. The manager got on the phone and said for me to tell the driver when he got there that I didn't want it. I understand dinner rushes. I can afford pizza because I work dinner rushes but to not even call or simply text your driver and to tell me to do it is unbelievable. He finally showed up 1 hour and 45 mins after ordering. I figured I'd give them another try and have called 4x in the past 20 mins. Letting the phone ring 2-3 each time before hanging up. No please hold, no answering machine no nothing. It's 7:45 on a sat and this was the last attempt at enjoying their food. Absolute joke of a business, no idea how they stay in business after seeing first hand how much they hate making money. Order from somewhere that cates

This place was terrible. My wife and i ordered food to be delivered to our room. The woman told me it would take an hour. Ok fine. After 1 hour i called and asked where the food was and she said the guy is on his way. 20 mins later he showed up. My wife got a chicken parm, which was burnt. And i got a chef beef, that was dryer than the sahara, and beef was burnt. Never going here again if im in town.

Great food !!!! When I'm feeling quick italian food this is where I order from......the pizza is to die for and reasonably priced ..I do find however the pasta dishes to be over priced....

was told my pizza went out @ 6:44 pm and its 7:22pm and we still dont have it....so my pizza will be cold...thats not cool and my pizza was $24. a waste of money.

Have never published a negative review, but....We order Rosati's in Bonita Springs all the time. Very dependable and delish. So when we moved to Normal we ordered Rosati's. At 5:30. It arrived at 7. Stone cold. Inedible. And I will eat just about anything when I'm hangry. Sorry Rosati's. Will find another pizza delivery.

Stayed at a hotel while visiting was recommended this place by the front desk clerk and I've never had worse. Maybe it's because we are bit from here and were not used to it. But I dont think so.
I like the Combo sandwich that has Italuan beef and an Italian sausage. I have the side salad with it. Very yummy.

Ordered delivery. Paid $9.99 for a Harvest salad that had no pears and no salad dressing. No to mention enough lettuce to cover a cheeseburger. If a customer orders delivery, take the time to make sure it's complete. What a waste.

This rosatis off rab road is the best. Pizza turns out great every time. We go once a month. We get 2 pizza's then we get the coupons for half price!

Although the waitress was great, I was quite dissatisfied with the food. I order a three cheese penne, in which I could taste absolutely no cheese. The tomato sauce was good, but WAY too much for the dish. Interior was quite dated and eccentrically laid out.
