Blender was broken so two of my drinks were improperly made. Also requested a drink tote and didn’t receive it and the server was gone after that so couldn’t ask for it.

It's a solid location with regards to food and service. The only real issue is getting in and getting out. The road to get in is a bit tricky to navigate.

When you order a plain cheese burger and get everything on it but the cheese? Come on dude food was cold I ordered a double got a single and was still charged for it that’s crazy work I’ll never come back here
I was at the pickup window and I asked for a barbecue sauce packet and the lady rolled her eyes at me like I was the problem. HORRIBLE SERVICE DON’T EAT HERE!!!

The only quarrel I have is the fact that the people here claimed that they saved me a dollar or so by making a single pair of items into a combo not considering the initial tax OR the additional items. Confronted them about the price being more than it should've been didn't help a thing since they stayed persistent to it. To explain, the price they gave me was $21.54 when it could've been $20.54 if they didn't make it a combo. The math behind it is this: the total for my two items ($12.98) plus the total of the other two ($5.67) is $18.56 however with the tax given for all of it ($1.89) it would come out to $20.54. The combo is a dollar more therefore the total of my order was $21.54 or so. Can you please make sure to double check prices? And yes, I compared the receipts and did this math with a calculator. The food however I would say was great but if I could, the service would be 1.5 stars since they seemed polite when they mistakenly brought out 2 large ice waters when I ask for no drinks, which I appreciate. Please double check to make sure prices align before finalizing. And if it weren't for the total error, I would make the rating a good 3 maybe 4 stars but if this was a genuine mistake, I'm sorry but please consider more than just separate items from a complete receipt.

had to wait 45 minutes for food after ordering through the app. two cars got their food before us even though they got there after we did. had to call them from the parking lot just for a worker to come out and claim they never saw our order on their screen, to then come out 5 minutes later with our already made food.

I heard about the Halloween 50 cent corn dogs and decided to go as soon as I could. I sat in the drive thru and didn’t hear a single word at all. Nobody said that they would “be with me in a moment” or had any indication that my order would be taken shortly. I did see some of the drive-in cars getting their order, and after 40 minutes of waiting I decided that it just wasn’t worth it. What great service.

Lazy and rude staff. Constantly getting orders wrong and giving out sodas when they know they don’t have any straws. Stalls are closed way more than they should be.

I understand that there’s times when you don’t want to be at work and your job may suck but have some decent customer service when people are ordering. Don’t rush. & definitely watch your tone of voice! Nothing like ordering food and all you get after each thing you say is “OKAY!” “OKAY!” “OKAY!” … like what!?? Just don’t say anything at all. Let the person finish ordering. Then proceed to see if they want anything. I’ve worked food industry long enough to know this myself.
I’m not done yet. I ordered $22 worth of food. First, the burger tasted like the patty had absolutely no seasoning on it. Second, the patty was definitely an old patty made from earlier. I’m not stupid.
3rd, I ordered a large tatortot. Got a small.& to sum it up The tenders were freaking nasty. Tough chicken. Gross! ? couldn’t finish them. I didn’t want to bother the 2 lady’s working… I’m not going to argue about getting a refund because the food was trash. I don’t need that blasphemy right now.
I still need my money back. You guys have to do better! Don’t hand out food that you wouldn’t eat. Have some respect. Also, have some better customer service because what I witnessed was beyond me. Don’t work at a place that requires you to do your job. Simple.
