Me and my friend decided go to sonic and as someone who work in customer service and deals with a lot there I was kind of disappointed with how I was treated there. We had got there and my friend had placed an online order so we went and pulled up to a stall and I was going to order some drink as well so I was looking and finally found what I want. So I press the button they said those were close which is fine so they tell us to go to the drive through. So I do and I ask for a coffee and they said they had no coffee so I was like shoot ok let me look and I decided go get a red bull recharger dragon fruit. And I was about to say I had an online when I was rudely cut off with the guy takin my order sayin OH MY GOD in a snobby attitude. And I was literally like š uhm ok so I say we had an online and that I needed one more drink. So I order it and the speakers are a little hard to hear and I feel bad making them repeat what they say and he just aggressively says go to the front window and I said im sorry what did you say and he sighs and say GO TO THE FRONT WINDOW. So I did and then he got instant karma by accidentally hitting one of our drinks on the window and busting the cup. Safe to say I laughed and was very pleased with that. Anyways I normally don't leave reviews but this one was definitely my worst one yet. I would definitely understand if we came right before they close cause honestly same but we came at 7:40. With much love and no hate to the worker at all ik times are rough but next time you can mute yourself and do it people are crazy and never know what they can do plz stay safe š«¶

Yall need to fix this place it is unprofessional and slow the girls in the back loud as hell yelling cursing making noises and the bigger dude being very passive aggressive they need to stop and do your job I really hope that someone higher up sees this and does what they need to

During my unpleasant experience at the Normal Illinois Sonic, I witnessed 4 employees sitting around outside with friends for at least 30 minutes. I also witnessed the same server running food and drinks to cars, doing her job well. Good job 1 employee. Others, stop flirting with boys in your free time and start doing your job that you are payed to do. Have a great night, bless.

Blender was broken so two of my drinks were improperly made. Also requested a drink tote and didnāt receive it and the server was gone after that so couldnāt ask for it.

It's a solid location with regards to food and service. The only real issue is getting in and getting out. The road to get in is a bit tricky to navigate.
