Ordered online, Shelby, the carhop said they didn’t have the orders. Waited an hour and a half just for Shelby to continuously do absolutely nothing. Tried offering a free refresher (literally written on a sticky note that they “fudged up”) for over $50 worth of food. Worst carhop ever, Shelby should not work here. We heard her messing up and mixing up all of the orders around us as well. Thankfully, the manager Emme was able to talk to us and helped a bit.

Toxic crew that don’t care. They were very rude and unprofessional to me as I didn’t understand something. Here’s a picture of my fries that I never touched. To me this was intentional. Never going back there while the crew from today Saturday 3/14/26 is still there.

Took 45 minutes to get our mobile order all because they were too lazy to go outside. Once when went in the drive through they made us go through it twice (drive through took 20 minutes btw) and proceeded to get it wrong

In particular, sonic has went downhill as a whole. But this location is always messy. It's in a Walmart parking lot. Trash is going to happen. Yada yada. We can all get over that. Staff is usually very friendly, but the food is seldom up to par. Nearly 8$ for this order of chili cheese fries and it's well unserporrtioned for what it is even supposed to be. And this is the normal here. If it's not an item like mozzarella sticks that are literally counted, expect this quality/quantity! Wish the food matched the service.
We stopped in for a late night cheeseburger! It did not disappoint! Hot, juicy and delicious 😋 The onion rings definitely hit the spot!! Our car hop was polite and helped my with my order. 10/10 would recommend.

Me and my friend decided go to sonic and as someone who work in customer service and deals with a lot there I was kind of disappointed with how I was treated there. We had got there and my friend had placed an online order so we went and pulled up to a stall and I was going to order some drink as well so I was looking and finally found what I want. So I press the button they said those were close which is fine so they tell us to go to the drive through. So I do and I ask for a coffee and they said they had no coffee so I was like shoot ok let me look and I decided go get a red bull recharger dragon fruit. And I was about to say I had an online when I was rudely cut off with the guy takin my order sayin OH MY GOD in a snobby attitude. And I was literally like 😃 uhm ok so I say we had an online and that I needed one more drink. So I order it and the speakers are a little hard to hear and I feel bad making them repeat what they say and he just aggressively says go to the front window and I said im sorry what did you say and he sighs and say GO TO THE FRONT WINDOW. So I did and then he got instant karma by accidentally hitting one of our drinks on the window and busting the cup. Safe to say I laughed and was very pleased with that. Anyways I normally don't leave reviews but this one was definitely my worst one yet. I would definitely understand if we came right before they close cause honestly same but we came at 7:40. With much love and no hate to the worker at all ik times are rough but next time you can mute yourself and do it people are crazy and never know what they can do plz stay safe 🫶
