waited 20 minutes just for them to forget some parts of my order (had to go up and remind them, then they had it out right after, how convenient) and not include strawb puree in one of my drinks that i paid for, sad.

Your personal in the store was very nice
A large iced coffee without flavoring will cost you 4.25 before tax here. I would like a manager to reply justifying this outrageous price difference between other Starbucks locations. The line is also frequently 20-30 minutes so management clearly must find ways to improve their system and hire more people. I await a reply.
Great customer service - but student workers should be able to accept tips - probably would resolve issues highlighted in the lowest reviews

I like this Starbucks! Staff seems a little frazzled but they're very friendly! Managers seem nice and knowledgeable. Very clean!!
