Had a long wait time this morning, then was told that the girl working was being mandated by the district manager to write a note for every. single. drink. While I appreciate the thoughtfulness, I don't believe that during a very large rush of orders that it should be a top priority. I 100% understand that it was not Miranda, the girl workings fault, and I applaud her still having a smile. Shame on this manager for making such a busy rush even longer and more stressful for these employees.

Every Sunday I come to this Starbucks the service is amazing. All the baristas are very friendly and extremely nice. I always have a pleasent experience coming to this starbucks. I like to think of it as the Chic-fil-a of Starbucks.

Order placed through app. Order process followed via the app. Order showed ready 2 miles away. Went in. Order hadnt been started. They didnt know how to make one of the drinks. Stood around for almost 20 minutes. Told them to look into their app interface and was told its like a technology thing and not our control…lol…will be calling hq.

Being empathetic towards the staff but i truly miss don’t understand how there waits for mobile orders are about 45 min each time. They are always out of everything I just don’t get it

I ordered a Venti Iced White Mocha. No whip, vanilla sweet cold foam instead. Light ice. It’s what I get from Starbucks every time. So I totally know what it looks like. I decided to just go to the one closest to me for convenience. First pictured is what I got (second picture is the order). When I first received it, I was like ?? That’s not what it looks like. The barista told me it just wasn’t shaken.

No, it’s just not an iced white mocha. Looks like you added chocolate powder too. Or just regular mocha. Idk

Not in a confrontational mood today, so I just took my drink to the Starbucks off of Veteran’s and Washington and got an actual iced white mocha instead. There’s a reference photo for you guys on the right.

Sent a friend to order me a caramel latte with oat milk and ended up getting milk with sugar, no espresso to be found. Not sure how they could give this drink out when there is obviously no espresso in it. Very disappointing.

every time I go through the drive through here the employees are always so kind & provide great service!! you can tell they love their job and they always ask about my day and put a smile on my face.
