Had a long wait time this morning, then was told that the girl working was being mandated by the district manager to write a note for every. single. drink. While I appreciate the thoughtfulness, I don't believe that during a very large rush of orders that it should be a top priority. Every Sunday I come to this Starbucks the service is amazing. All the baristas are very friendly and extremely nice. I always have a pleasent experience coming to this starbucks. I like to think of it as the Chic-fil-a of Starbucks.
every time I go through the drive through here the employees are always so kind & provide great service!! you can tell they love their job and they always ask about my day and put a smile on my face.
