Best Starbucks location in Normal! Sofia and the team always take great care of us! I order for lots of dairy-free and lactose intolerant people, and they always get our drinks made perfectly (even with a bunch of customizations).

The staff at this location are brilliant! I cannot think of another Starbucks in town, where the staff are as friendly, generous, and helpful as this location. This is a wonderful shop within walking distance of Uptown Normal and so many other attractions, community spaces, and restaurants. As always, you get the consistency of a good barista and the classic drink recipe. Coffee!☕️

Everyone is friendly except for the shorter blonde girl that works there( usually in the morning)she seems to always have an attitude, maybe it’s her personality that makes it seem like she hates the world, i don’t know but I hate when she’s the one that takes my order.

My fav coffee shop in BloNo. Friendly people behind the counter, rarely crowded or too noisy, and I love the layout: a nice long bar (to stand or sit) that faces out to the street and a cozy cubby around the corner.

Not very welcoming environment there were 2 men and a women the guy at the register was staring at me and the other guy was counting sandwhiches those 2 men couldn’t take my order but the man came behind the counter when I accidentally knocked over 2 cups on the shelf while waiting. but couldn’t take me order which was strange because it was only 3 cups that I could’ve picked up myself The women finally asked me was I ready and she wasn’t friendly either I willl never come here again
