This is the best meal I’ve had at any Steak and Shake. The staff were friendly, brought me my food (dine-in) and asked for anything else. The manager also stopped by to make sure things were good. My food was made with care, you can just tell. I will definitely be back. The picture is of a worker cleaning each chair with care during their downtime. I’m impressed.

I had an awesome experience. The guy was super nice & accommodating! I’ve been craving the fries & he found me some fry seasoning that I could buy! Thanx, man!!!!! Even was able to park my semi. Lol as long as there’s no one parked on that 1 side. I was stuffed full by the time I left!

We received are food in a timely fashion however I will say the quality of the food was not good. I ordered large fries and they gave me cheese fries, not that I do not enjoy cheese fries but the sauce on them along with the burgers had too much salt/seasoning..
Wow, I have to say I love this place. They admitted to me that my order was made wrong, and I said all good. When I checked my order, they made it right, and they gave me more food too. Wow 🔥 I'm coming back...

We were shocked to find that Steak & Shake no longer has wait staff. All orders must be placed via an app or at kiosk screens and picked up at the counter. The dispensing of drinks is controlled by QR codes on the receipt. It's about as self-service as you can get and completely opposite of what Steak and Shake used to be.
