The system is confusing and difficult to understand and hear when you try to get a beverage.
There was a gentleman in there that was being very mouthy and disrespectful towards a child, possibly his own, but still no way to talk to a child especially if you are in public. Very profane and I did not appreciate it.

The lady running the drive thru was so rude! When I pulled up she didn't say hi or welcome all she said was order when ready. I placed my order and she didn't give me a total just said pull ahead. I got to the window and again no hello just $9.78. She gave me my change and drink then shut the door. Then when food came she opened the door and just handed me the food and then shut the door! Again no thank you. Very rude!

Had to order on kiosk. Wouldn't accept gift cards. When order came up another customer told us. Staff didn't call it out at all. Will not be going back
The burger here is better than the one near by. As a fast food option, here is good for me. Don't expect anything spectacular

The Manager was very nice he stepped out and checked on all customers and even offered to top off my little sister’s shake after she spilled it.
