Ordered a foot long and a 6in sub for me and my mom. Asked for cucumbers and the guy didn’t feel like cutting any! He waited for me to say I didn’t need them but I didn’t i just stared blankly before he said it would take me a while to cut it and finished making my sandwich, like it didn’t matter. So it was definite hell NO TO A TIP

The place was great and the guy working was wonderful, but he didn’t use a knife to close my sandwich. Granted it was a veggie and I’m pretty sure they say not to for veggie sandwiches but it had quite a bit on it and it all fell out in the wrapping paper. I was left with just the bread, and had to shove in the veggies again with my hand as I didn’t have any utensils at the time. I really hope this doesn’t come off as mean, it tasted great! But next time I would suggest using better judgment and closing the sandwich with a knife.

Allison was very rude and unprofessional with me when I asked her about the sandwich of the month. I order my son a Spicy Italian sub on flat bread 2 six inch Oven roasted chicken on flat bread. The promotions was for $2.99 for a six inch Oven roaseted chicken. When Allison ring my food up, she charged me the regular price for a foot long. I told her i asked for two six inch sandwiches and that, that is what I wanted to pay for. She said it was an up charge for flat bread. I asked her why was that and she told me to look at the advertisement and that if i wanted that price i would have to get that bread. I told her she didn't charge my other sandwich an up charge for the flatbread. Then Allison said to me," dude, I only make the sandwiches.". I replied, excuse me. Then she said, "Man, I only make the sandwiches. I told her she was very rude and unprofessional, and in the future she should address customers as Sir or Miss. Unpaid for the food as my train was arriving, and my son was hungry. Allison need more training in customer service.
