I was door dashing, walked in at 6:20 when it was said to be ready. I waited 20 minutes because they didn’t start a 6 inch sun, and worked on 3 different orders who arrived after me, one even being an online, who arrived 10 minutes after me, and he ordered 2 subs, and ge left before ne. Absolutely terrible

I placed an order online with specific written instructions. I confirmed with the worker that she understood them she said she did. Her and her coworker made them wrong and when I addressed it, he got an attitude. Immediately went to calling the cops on me. Very over the top. Very uncalled for. I asked to cancel the order. He refused to give me a receipt. I eat Subway too often to have to deal with that type of behavior.

Floor and tables were all dirty. It was totally empty except one other couple. My husband took the kids potty and was horrified at the bathrooms. My husband has never actually complained about bathrooms until now. He said they were disgusting, which is saying something because he uses gas station bathrooms frequently.
