the guy preparing my sandwich obviously had a problem with me it seemed like. just the way he was putting my sandwich together, like it was a bother. Didn't really listen to everything I wanted and just seemed annoyed that he had to wait on me.

Not sure on names, but the 2 gentleman working tonight were outstanding. It was just the two of them, they worked fast and hard and really made me feel welcomed so close to closing time. I run a business as well, and these guys knew customer service. Great job.

Order nit correct employee taking order at NO thru asked us to wait a minute (but it was almost 8) couldn't read 1st two sections of drive thru menu the lights were out (night) and when we'd ask cost all we'd get was I don't know let me look it up I don't bother to memorize prices (come on there aren't that many don't you pay attention when you ring up stuff) you said you've been there 13 years. Opened a sandwich they had cut in half NO CHEESE AT ALL and a half of a piece of provolone on the other side...told them no oil....guess what...yep it has oil that I can't have....when I call the store NICK tells me (we'll I don't know what I can do for you) there had been a major accident with all the lights down on a major thourofare and they were routing all traffic thru the mall lot it usually takes me less than 8-19 minutes to get home tonight it was almost 45 and I wasn't doing it again. I suggest staying away from this Subway go to the one on Market or Main St. I should have taken the hint when I didn't see any customer cars around the store. BEWARE

GREAT service! The older gentleman who was working on june 15 2024, 8:20 pm was SOOO kind to me and my younger sister!!
First time ordering from here and I ordered a wrap and I was so excited to try it but I was let down ? my wrap was loosely wrapped with fillings coming out and I thought it would come but in half but that didn't happen either ? but I did order thru the mobile app and I caught a deal so that was a plus. Maybe I should've specified that I wanted it cut but it was very loose and a lot of my fillings spilled out. Other than that tasty ?

So I went to the subway in Bloomington Illinois, which fun fact has a drive-through that’s really cool had the pleasure of meeting Nala, who made my food my girlfriend’s food and a wrap for my daughter…First, I just want to say, Nala is incredibly professional, kind considerate just generally a joy to talk to. She told me that they don’t make kids, but still instead made my daughter a half of a wrap. and told me all about cool things to do in Bloomington seeing that I’m new to the area she deserves a raise and if she’s not a manager yet she should be considered for one fast

One of lady was so rudeGuys don’t go this locationWe paid more than $50 for lunch with bottles of coke and we share coke with our guest then the lady came out and loudly said that you can’t do that . I paid for my coke bottle so I can share with anyone that non of her subjectsBefore you said anything you can askIt’s rude.Never again this place
