I would weekly stop by and get a pupcake for my dog and Big Mama cookie for myself. The last two times, the cakes and cookies have been so dry and the cream actually crumbly. It's like everything was made 3 days before and left in the case. it's so sad because your goods used to be so tasty. I actually ended up throwing away the last one I bought on Friday.
We ordered 240 cupcakes for our wedding. Due to an emergency, they were not able to be delivered. We completely understand and empathize about the situation—but we didn’t have the best experience getting our refund, and overall think it could have been handled much better.
Love Sugar Mama cupcakes themselves. Love that they, as a business, stand up for what’s right in our community. I can’t recommend them choosing them for a larger event, though.
