The best bakery in Bloomington, in my opinion. The cinnamon rolls and Big Mamas are delicious. They have vegan and gluten-free options, too.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten-free options.

We used Sugar Mama Bakery for our wedding cake and were beyond pleased with how well it turned out! They crafted a perfect, 3-tiered cake that was exactly what we wanted! We also ordered a vanilla and buttercream sheet cake to have enough cake for our guests and everything tasted delicious! Thank you, Sugar Mama Bakery, for being the icing on top of our perfect day!

Lost my business after they started getting restrictive on the types of mini pies you could select for Thanksgiving. Used to be a yearly tradition. Happy to support local businesses of course. But once you start treating the customer like just a number is where you lose your touch. You are no different than the corporate places that make billions, so that’s where my money will go from now on.
I live in champaign and make the drive over just to get cupcakes several times a year. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. They are a little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.
Parking: You may have to walk a block or two but it's a nice neighborhood with a lot of great local businesses.

I tried to order a coffee with dairy free milk and was refused because “the drink will not froth properly with dairy free milk and we only make authentic coffees”. I reluctantly still order and was given the wrong drink.
If you need any accommodations I’d go down the street to the other coffee shop, coffee hound.
Dietary restrictions: Would not accommodate my diary allergy.

Sugar Mama made our wedding cake and mini cupcakes for the reception, and we loved the outcome! Sugar Mama was easy and professional to work with and the cake and cupcakes tasted great. They also made great gluten free and vegan cupcakes for our guests.

Sugar Mamas far exceeded my expectations! I was planning a Boston themed party and ordered Boston Cream Cupcakes( which I forgot to take a pic of) plus these custom cookies! They were both the talk of the party! They looked amazing but tasted even better! Thank you Sugar Mamas!

The owner was very rude. I choked on my very dry coffee cake. Asked if I could get a sip of water in my empty tea cup too help. The owner said, we only sell water. And refused to give me a swallow of water. Overly cheap businesses will not get my repeat business.

We stopped by for our first time during the Saturday farmers market. We moved from Europe and are looking forward to trying out the various coffee shops in town! Unfortunately, this will not be our place. We ordered 3 coffees and a chai tea, as well as two cupcakes. We asked for a small cup (espresso cup) for water for our dog, and they told us they would need to charge for the cup. I think there should be a minimum of service for patrons! The coffee is a bit acidic so maybe the pull time on the espresso should be a bit longer.

Called on the outside chance they had gluten free anything - hard to find usually and lucky if it tastes any good. They had many choices, I bought them all and they were all delicious. Brought some home and everyone agreed they were dangerously good. :). Thank you for considering people’s food allergies! We loved everything.
