I come here very often to get sushi because of the affordable price but my recent visits have been extremely disappointing. Whenever I place a special request for pick up orders, they are ignored. For example, one time I had asked for no cream cheese in one of my rolls and they completely ignored it. It wasn't a big deal so I shook it off. I tried ordering online before and I got a roll that was not even close to what I ordered. Another time, I came in and decided to sit down for the first time. I don't often do this at restaurants so I missed the part where the girl behind the counter was supposed to give me a table number. I waited a long time until an order arrived that was not mine. Waiting more than half an hour to eat 2 rolls of sushi was definitely an unpleasant experience. The other day I came in and I asked for spicy mayo on one of my sushi rolls. When my sushi came out, it did not have spicy mayo on it so I received it on the side. It is amazing how they can miss such a simple detail like these. Also, be careful when you are trying new rolls because most of the time, you don't get exactly what is listed in the description of the rolls. Honestly, I feel very disrespected as a regular and I do not want to ever return here because of how horrible the service is.

I was introduced to Sushi Primos by a family member and ever since I don’t like sushi from anywhere else. 🍣 I used to get my sushi from Hyvee but It doesn’t compare to Sushi Primos. The options are endless and the quality of their ingredients are top notch. Best Sushi in town that won’t break the bank. 💵

Don't order delivery, I never get my drink and the delivery service they use is awful. They apparently can't read the delivery instructions and they ALWAYS leave my order outside in the middle of downtown. The food is good, but only if you plan to dine in.

PLEASE get a better system for your pickup orders. There is no reason someone picking up food should have to sit behind people that are placing orders to eat in. It's a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating.
