I've always had a consistent experience with this taco bell from the time I was a child to present. Probably the first pick in Normal with Taco Bell and one of my (if not) favorites in general. Perfect location too.

A lady with red braided hair night shift younger lady was mad disrespectful. I was a dasher picking up an order and i went to tell them I had two doordash pick ups but when I went to tell them my second order they cut me off and told me to pull up to second window so I did. But when I got there she handed me the one and said I had to go around for the other. I saw the other order I needed and said the name again but she was just like pull around. So I had to wait in the long line for the order that was already ready because they decided to cut me off the first time I went through.

Horrible service horrible at the drive-thru went there on my lunch break was told they didn't have nacho fries but they still charge me for them ordered the chicken nuggets a five-piece mind you and I got these burnt pieces of chicken that I wouldn't feed my dog. Very very disappointed spent $17 and didn't need any of the food.

No straw, no sauces, tiny cheese cup that was barely half full for overpriced nacho fries. $18 for lunch for myself, gave chicken bowl to my dog, he seemed to like it ok. Best thing was $2 cheese wrap. Sad.

Good luck trying to pay with cash. They will literally make you wait 10 minutes before they even acknowledge that you are there

Unless you go through drive through don’t even bother. I’ve done an online order / DoorDash/Uber and they put everyone else before. There is at least 10 people waiting for either DD, Online or uber and it’s been 20 minutes so far for me. They are busy and working hard but it still takes forever because they are prioritizing drive through. There needs to be a better system honestly
