I just left the drive-through line and I couldn’t be more happy. All my food is piping hot. Everything is wrapped in bagged carefully every little bit of extra sauces and sauce packets that I ordered are in the bag. They didn’t put too much ice in my drink, everything seems like it was made with genuine care and this was probably one of the best Taco Bell meals. I’ve had at this location in a while so I just want to thank the staff and thank everybody that works there because I really appreciate the effort that they put in to making this !

Work for door dash end up with 3 orders to pick up refused to give us all 3 orders and then closed after telling us we had to get back and line and refused to give us the order that was already made and waiting to be picked up

Every time I order from the college location (every tuesday) I literally want to call the store and tell these people how much I love them. My food is so good every time and very well made and always hot. Love me a grilled cheese burrito and I know it's probably not their favorite thing to make but they do so well every time.

Ordered and waited at least 20 minutes just to have all of my cheese unmelted. My burrito was cold on the inside. How do you grill the cheese on the outside but somehow give me a cold inside? Now, could’ve I asked the employees to make it again, sure. But did I really want to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. Not really.
As a man who loves his Taco Bell, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I’ve had some amazing Taco Bell before, this ain’t it.

Went inside to avoid the insane line of the drive thru only to be met by the strongest scent of urine and excrement I have ever smelled, along with a wet floor. Needless to say I immediately turned around and left.

In Store Pickup has been disabled at this location for over a week. I don’t want to pickup through the Drive-Thru.
I've always had a consistent experience with this taco bell from the time I was a child to present. Probably the first pick in Normal with Taco Bell and one of my (if not) favorites in general. Perfect location too.

A lady with red braided hair night shift younger lady was mad disrespectful. I was a dasher picking up an order and i went to tell them I had two doordash pick ups but when I went to tell them my second order they cut me off and told me to pull up to second window so I did. But when I got there she handed me the one and said I had to go around for the other. I saw the other order I needed and said the name again but she was just like pull around. So I had to wait in the long line for the order that was already ready because they decided to cut me off the first time I went through.
