They have gone downhill with employees. Constantly getting orders incorrect (wrong items, incomplete items, missing items) as well as assembling sandwiches together with no care how sloppy it is. Most of the staff seem lazy and have attitudes, some don't even speak enough English to understand. There's only a small few who genuinely care to help. This location needs retraining and or restaffing.

Would leave no stars if I could! Placed a mobile order. Pulled up and immediately asked to wait by a female. Pulled up and handed frosty and drink with an attitude. Then asked to pull forward to wait again. Sat for 12 minutes for food to come out only for it to be missing half of it and the other half was cold. No apologies for the wait either. Pulled back around and told them I was missing part of my order to the girl on the headset. Was told to pull forward. Then a young boy opens the window and rudely asks if he can help me. I repeat myself and he slams the window. 4 minutes later he hands me a bag with a broken seal at the top still not containing the right things. I gave up and went home. Will never go to this location again. It’s the worst! Missing sandwich, sauces, napkins, fries, receipt, and good customer service. Wasted my time, gas, and patience! The only good thing was watching the cute baby geese in the parking lot.

Stopped here from being on a road trip. The workers were really welcoming and nice. I ordered a homemade lemonade and received it in a huge cup. It was good and tangy. The drink lasted me all the way through the rest of my trip. Thanks for great service and the food was delicious too!

Negative 10 stars, -10. They didn't get anything right. I asked for onions. No onions on burger. I asked for a drink. They sold me a watered down the drink. I asked for Chicken Nuggets. The Nuggets taste like garbage. They taste like they come from Aldi and been sitting in your freezer at home with the bag open for 8 months.
I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, and the #4 meal and 2 Med fries. I received 6 nuggets 2 fries, 4 Jr bac cheese burgers and a Dave's single. I told the girl it was wrong, she took it back for me, then returned with the same order. I was confused, I said I had no burgers, her response was, they must of threw extra in there..? I took it and left, very disappointed.

Got a biggie bag. My bacon double stack did not have bacon. The fries were rather repulsive. Finally, the ranch on the receipt didn't make it in the bag.

Fast, friendly service and tasty food! Our bag was tearing as they handed it to us, and the young man at the window was very quick to give us a plastic bag to rectify the situation. Very pleasant staff, would definitely eat here again!
