Went to this location, 3/26/24. Paid and everything, they had us pull up away from the window. Waited 20 to 30min for 2 biggie bags? Then we look in the bag and this geniuses forgot our fries!☹ Had to wait a few extra minutes after going inside. Just annoying situation to have when ur hungry. The spicy nuggets were delicious but not worth the wait.

I visited this Wendy's twice in two weeks, and the food was cool and not even hot. Disappointed in food service. They must get better. I ask for no onions, and it seems like they gave me the whole onion. Threw the sandwich away. I ordered a $7 Biggie bag.

Had to wait 25 minutes for my order all so they could give me nuggets without sauce. The fact that they gave me drinks without straws was just salt in the wound. When i asked for a refund instead of the food (because I was waiting for over 20 minutes) they didn’t listen and brought the food out anyway. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant.

Live near this Wendy’s and go there often for salads. Will say it’s really hit or miss and starting to err on the “miss” side. Staff is either very friendly or rude. No in between.The soda machine is never working properly, and the sodas have been tasting bad.Went last week and was told to get a refill from the machine but a machine service worker had the machine apart and was actively working on it.The salads are usually good. Everything else from service to food is a gamble really.There is usually no one inside if you want a quiet place to sit.

Horrible experience! The lady at the window had to have been new as we tried ordering 4 biggie bags and she needed me to pull around and repeat the order because she couldn't understand meThen got the food wrong in the order and the chicken as well as the buns were cold!Had to throw out my daughter sandwich and go to another restaurant for something else! Maybe the lady at the drive thru should take of her sunglasses so she can see better instead of walking around looking like ray Charles mixed with a zombie

What is it with alot of wendys lately? Are they all going to you know where? Went inside for takeout. While I got my drink a bag showed up in pickup area, I asked the cashier if that was my order (literally im the only person in there) they said yes. Got down the road and absolutely incorrect order. Like a chicken sandwich is in no way close to a double burger that i ordered... was already on the interstate so too late to go back. Of course it tasted dried out like it was under a heatlamp for an hour or more to boot. I swear at all wendys anymore its a 50/50 chance of getting what you order.
