I order a large lemonade with no ice I was gonna transfer the drink into something else. I opened it up and seen it was a piece of hair floating under the ice And they’re very rude. Customer service is very rude. I will be sending this to the public health as well because that is a health safety violation. and when you have a issue, customer service do not resolve the issue. They just stopped answering the phone for people. The manager, he is very rude to customers and the drivers will lie on you the driver told the manager it was a altercation which no one had no attitude or none of that

Food was superb. Atmosphere not so much. Music was great. Two in uniform on the clock employees sucking face 3 inches from me trying to eat my meal not so great. I'm sure theres a broom closet somewhere for their nooner. Sword fight between the broom and the dustpan might have been semi entertaining. With everything thats happened in the past couple years the last thing i want is to watch you try to make a baby while also making my food. Could have even over looked the chick laying on the counter talking non stop to who ever was actually working. Appeared to have 6 employees and one worker. Got the "soaked" roll which would have also been fantastic IF it would have actually had anything more than a speed dip. Lots of potential just need a bit more sanitary practices enforced. To many people looking for jobs to staff a bunch of people wanting to hang out in the lobby. If they weren't on the clock i command them for the minimal tasks they did do while not inside each others face. $25 for 3 hotdogs isnt as nice when you see the people supposed to be running the place rolling on the floor. Prices are high because people need a pay check. Way to high of a price to pay for a hotdog when the funds are for people not working. The whole 4 tables are just to close for that level of contact.

Got the falafel burger as one of our meals, and became violently ill! Everything else was okay, but I dont trust anything else from here now.

The downtown normal location is the smaller of the two, with a definite college town vibe. Same great food and service.
And is a definite must do for visitors and residents of BloNo!

Walked in and waited about 5 minutes. 3 people walked around in the kitchen area and looked at us and no one said a thing. We walked out so we could actually get service somewhere else

Just recently discovered they had impossible burgers which I was excited about. Had it one time, and it was so good so I had to get another. This time my burger had a long piece of hair in it which made me feel sick to my stomach. Besides that the burgers are good.
Edit: I’ve been reached out to and was offered a free meal. Tried to redeem the meal and was told I could only get my burger free.

food is great. their Chicago dogs are spot on. nuclear green relish and everything!

My son and I came here before we went to the Children’s Museum. What a great call that was!

The food was great and I mean who doesn’t like a charred piece of meat? I went with 2 Polish Sausages and the bonus was I got their Friday special on Thursday! Fries were great and perfectly salted. My son had a Char Burger and he dug it as he finished it.

Now seating is very limited but the food and very friendly staff make up for that shortcoming. Also parking is limited as well.

They took away the tables so you can't eat here anymore, they don't answer the phone for pre-orders, and customer service is horrible.

TERRIBLE!!!! Why say that you’re open until 2:00 AM when you tell people no more orders at 1:00 AM?!?!?! Go to Heaters or DP Dough. This place is TRASH!!!!!

Today my coworker and I ordered the Italian Beef Sandwich/Fries with auju sauce on the side./.hot peppers, cheese and omg!!!! When I say we they delivered our food fast and in a hurry...in less than 30 mins we had our food delivered to the job and might I add....it was all HOT and ready to eat! The fries were hot, as in temp...it could almost make me cry to have such fresh food delivered!! Thank you Windy City Weiner's I'm a believer now...I'll definitely be ordering again!

I will be calling management in the morning, but every time I’ve ordered food it’s either been made wrong or my order is cancelled because the delivery driver/s can’t come up the stairs for whatever reason in my apartment building! This is my last straw with this place.
