I was at the island in the city in Norridge four days. ABC bakery and deli was busy all days inside and the outside patio. Food was beyond EXCELLENT and reasonably priced and AWESOME PORTIONS. Qst night for dinner I had the chicken with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes and tasty homemade chucken soup it was all top notch. next day I had fish w/grilled veggies, great lighter meal. Third day I had the beef goulash w/ mashed potatoes. Sooo tender and flavorful. for lunch on day four, chicken sandwich w/spinach and sour cream. Such WONDERFUL comfort food meals like mom made. Homemade bread with every meal. can't say enough about the family owned and ran establishment.
