The employee Analu B at this location was extremely rude and her attitude was horrible. I placed the order for pretzels and a lemonade. She gave me the wrong order and when I said something about it she argue with me and told me that's what I ordered and I was right. I mean going toe to toe with me arguing back and forth. like she was trying to fight me. I had to call security. She was really rude. Poor customer service and also I had my kids with me. She was doing all of this while my kids was right there. And she told me to leave from The auntie Ann and I didn't get my order and neither did I get my money back. And when I left to walk away her and the other employees were giggling and laughing. She told me to call the next day to see if I can get my refund. The is very unacceptable behavior and I my refund back because I didn't receive anything. I'm going to ask you need to be taken against her. I think you have lost the customer with me

I enjoy the pretzels but the workers have no emotion most of the time. I understand it can be frustrating but at least pretend. I also came in for my free pretzel on 4/26 and they were short staffed and busy. They served my pretzel raw which sucked.

They gave me burnt pretzels. Should’ve done a refund because you can taste the flavor of it.. also super dry and crunchy instead of the softness (it wasn’t even busy)

I luv there cinnamon bites and the girls love there pepperoni bites they are so good. Gotta get the glaze with the cinnamon awesome a little pricey but great.

Pretzels are good and fresh but the workers usually have attitudes and they close earlier than the mall does when they run out of pretzels. I got there at 7:45pm and the mall didn’t close til 9pm on a weekday. They had their lights off and were just chilling and chatting with each other. The girl said they weren’t making anymore pretzels for the night. They’re losing business by being lazy.

If i could give them Zero star, I would for real. I ordered Almond Perzel nuggets, Almond Perzel and a Large lemonade drink. The guy who works at the cahier told me its goanna be a wait about 20 minutes which is totally fine for me I can wait. I came back about 30 minute later to get my order It was prompt and ready for me to pick up. My almond pretzel and drink were totally ok, but my pretzel nugget was so burn and it tased bitter so i went back to them to see if i can change. The guy who works at the register ask his supervisor (I assumed she maybe a supervisor or manager) If they can change it for me. The supervisor gave me an attitude looks right away and the girl work be hide her says i was order this about an hour ago so that is why i have a problem with my order. They all start to blame me to wait about an hour to ate it so i said it can't be an hour i just placing the order about 30minuts so i show them the recipe. They still not stop blame me for not ate it right away, so the pretzel nugget gets Hard. I told them I didn't say anything about its hard i told them at the beginning it burnnnnnnnnnnnn. I show them the nugget she took it from my hand and threw it to the garbage can with and attitude in front of my face. She gave me the new nugget not the almond cuz it would take another 20 minutes so i get the original instead. I totally understand if the order burn or it has some mistake but the attitude and customer service super awful terrible. If she is really a manager of the store, she should get a training how to provide customer service. I didn't expected VIP or 5 stars hotel customer service but man that attitude was so bad.

There’s a reason Auntie Anne’s is still in business and that is because they make a good pretzel pretzel products. The customer service at this location is not the greatest but still worth dealing with.
