Management is rude and unable to provide adequate customer service. When I reminded them I had requested Mayo the older Hispanic gentlemen placed it with his hand and gave it back.i have never received such service and he refused to give any information and said even if you call I'll answer.
Horrible customer service they were not even acknowledge me whe I was talking to t them my order was wrong. Very rude cashier and workers

This was my second time coming here in the last month and it’s official this place does not represent Charley’s Cheesesteak - I had Philly cheese steak sandwiches at least not what I’ve had in the past. The cook didn’t even chop up the bell peppers. I had this big stupid size bell peppers in my sandwich and the steak seemingly wasn’t very seasoned. It was just meat in a bun. The only thing that was good was the strawberry lemonade. I will not patronize this place again three times will not be a time for me..

The manager is such a prick. (The older Spanish male there, since the other employees are young)Everytime I come here he is always acting like condescending jerk. The employees are very immature as well, a bunch of young adults or just teenagers. The manager however is the reason the tension is strong with his employees. I had order and I forgot to an add jalapeños to my sandwich so I ended up asking the employee at the end of the line, which was the manager. I asked him kindly if I could get the jalapeños, he said it was a 50 cent charge. Which is Fine! That is perfectly fine. It was mainly the principle. He then continued to tell me he’ll give me the jalepenos for now and then started about some random nonsense about it. Instead of just being kind of about it he was in defensive mode and I gave him no reason to be rude. I could see why he has to be tough due to his employees being so darn immature, they do tend to gossip about certain customers for no apparent reason. The old crew was SO MUCH BETTER. I get it, they deal with stupid customers everyday but not everyone is their enemy. You know the worst part about it, is I looked up at the board menu…I swear I didn’t see an extra charge for 50 cents. It’s not that I had to pay is how the manager responded. He is very very unprofessional.

Pieces of plastic in my food
Im working at the mall. They have mall discount for us whenever I get food from here I use my discount. Today I said again to use my discount and she applied it at counter. After that another worker came to her and said something. When I was paying the order she deleted the discount suddenly. If you guys need money I can give you or if you dont have any discount you can also say there is no discount or sth. It was really rude. You can not say “yes we have” and after that delete it!! Shame!

We eat at this place every time we go to the mall. We get the gourmet French fries that come with cheese and bacon every time. Today though, they put just a little bit of cheese in a corner and when I’ve asked them to ad more since they’re not cheap, they told me there will be a $1.60 more to do that. And while I’m telling the guy that it’s not wright what they’re doing since we’re paying more for the fries with cheese, a young kid comes over with the same request, same order, more cheese. And they also tell him he needs to pay more. The food is very good but I can’t stand for this type of greed. Therefore, I won’t be back. I’m paying too much for what’s being offered. If I’m paying a “gourmet” price, then that’s what I aspect to get. Don’t do that, it’s bad for business
