SCAM ALERT!!!!
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today at approximately 11:45 a.m. at your Chipotle location. My 15-year-old son was sent into the store with a legitimate $100 bill that I had just withdrawn from the bank. Shortly after entering the store, he contacted me stating that an employee refused to accept the bill, claimed it was counterfeit, and would not return it to him. He was instead told to use another form of payment.
I immediately went to the store to address the situation. When I questioned how the bill could be counterfeit given that it came directly from the bank, the employee stated that she had “checked” it. I was shown that she had marked the bill with a Sharpie, which is not a proper or professional method of verifying currency. She later claimed that the bill had also been checked using a machine located in the back of the store, which raised additional concerns, as such verification tools should be readily accessible at the register.
Most concerning was the fact that the employee initially refused to return the bill to my son despite not accepting it as payment. This placed him in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position and created the appearance that the store was attempting to retain his money without providing service. At no point was an apology offered to my son or to me, even after the situation was clarified. Instead, mall security was threatened.
The manager on duty did not intervene appropriately, did not examine the bill himself, and did not offer an apology for the treatment of a minor customer who was wrongly accused. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable.
Chipotle should ensure that employees are properly trained in handling and verifying currency, especially when dealing with minors, and that managers take responsibility for resolving conflicts respectfully and appropriately.
Due to this experience, I will no longer be patronizing this location. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future.

This has to be the worst Chipotle anywhere. Slow, sloppy service. Zero urgency, told my husband kids menu didnt come w anything, burrito was so gross w sour cream and guac dripping out every which way, my salad had like 5 lettuce leaves and a pound of sour cream. Just awful. Hadn't been in years. Now I remember why.

Very disappointing. Went here to order two bowls. The employees were lacking good customer service AND ingredients. The containers barely had any meat, rice, fajitas, salsa, etc. The person working here said it would be a long wait time and proceeded to just ring me up for the FULL price for a barely full, not one but two, bowls. I feel like I got robbed here.

Been going here for 3 years consistently and the pickup service has gotten worse, they are always falling behind on orders, have only one person pushing out orders by themselves while having a panic attack about how overwhelmed they are. They clear the main line so fast so why not place two ppl on pick up line. Every single cashier on shift is also overwhelmed and therefore gives you attitude, especially the cashier with heavy makeup. Don’t use their pickup service, you’ll be delayed 10-20 min and you’ll get treated like an uber eats driver.

I only go here for my grandson, your portion depends on the color of your skin. Servers are rude, yesterday evening was the worse server with curly hair practically threw the food, absolutely no customer service
