They give you less food if you order ahead with pickup. Maybe they think it’s okay cause you don’t see them packing your food so they can fool you. I feel like I get less food everytime I order with pickup. Maybe next time I should open it while picking up my order and ask them what is this? I’m paying same amount for the food like I would pay ordering inside so I want to get the same amount of food.

So I came in today to pick up my order. There was Hispanic girl working at the register. The other young girl which looked Polish seemed to be the manager and was getting aggravated with her, grabbing money out of the register, slamming it back down into the register, she was complaining to the Hispanic girl about something. I just felt like for a manager role. It was very unprofessional and to do that in front of customers and other employees was even more unprofessional. I get people make mistakes, but that is not how you correct them. And if you ask me that was privilege at its finest. I really hope the employees in this location or not being mistreated because that’s not cool.

It’s been about six months since we’ve ordered from chipotle. For the reason they kept messing up the order, what a turnaround. we ordered lunch from there today and everything was right on point. We ordered the chicken burrito bowl and the chicken burrito, chips and salsa and their new Adobo ranch sauce. If you haven’t tried that Adobo Ranch you need to, it was phenomenal. They need to bottle it up and put it on the shelves in the store. It was amazing. The location I went to the line was down to the front door. looked like they were a little shorthanded. we waited 10 extra minutes from our pickup time.
They kept apologizing for the delay.
It was definitely worth the wait!

i understand not having toppings, such as protein, ready, but having to wait 20+ minutes after scheduled pick up time is insane! the customer service on the app also does not help either, so it’s not like you can say anything.

I went too to night for my dinner and I ordered two vegetables bowls and there young lady make it my bowls and she drops the lettuce and she grab there lettuce put it in my bowl when i tell them why you putting dropped lettuce then after they’re speaking bad words and rude behavior. I suggest too go other locations .

Unfriendly staff.
I came to pick up a takeaway order yesterday, and no one even greeted me back. The staff seemed indifferent and cold.
Please train your employees to be more polite and welcoming.
With such an uninviting atmosphere, I have no desire to return to this restaurant.
