It took me 4 weeks to fully recover after eating here. Normally the food is good but the kinda food poisoning I got here was brutal. I thought I was gonna die. Chipotles food quality has gone down hill for sure as you can see that all over social media This was one of the locations that was still holding out but that’s no longer the case.

Terrible service. Workers all scattering around not knowing what’s going on, extremely messy, all utensil bins empty, employees on their phones and talking about personal lives while customers wait in line. I had to wait like 20 minutes in line for my bowl to be done.
The service was not great and the portions on the meat where so little im not gonna lie but it was like 6 to 7 pieces of meat. When i told him to put a lil more cuz it was a little meat he said its extra. I agree its extra when theres extra meat but i didnt even have the right portion.

I ordered a burrito bowl and it was extremely salty

Compared to other Chipotle's, they're stingy on all the ingredients except the salsa and sour cream.
Portion sizes suck. Didn’t even get a full scoop of chicken in the burrito bowl and when I asked for a little more the staff literally put an extra 3 tiny pieces of chicken.
Insane I know chipotle was going downhill but come on figure out the proper portions. Used to be good… I got more beans than chicken in a chicken burrito bowl

Found a long piece of hair in my food, that was disgusting. I will not be ever coming back to this location as this has to affect health violation.

I ordered online, came in to pick it up at the estimate time which was 3:50pm... i had to wait over 20 minutes which i wasnt really upset about because there were alot of people... but when i got home i realized that they gave me the wrong order... the name on the ticket was correct but they gave me the wrong bowl... i wish i could get my money back cuz this is ridiculous! Never gonna go there again... i can understand it takes longer because of long lines but take your time and give people what they ordered god dammit.. check out the picture... does the description fit the bowl? Hell No

As soon as I walked in they hit me on the head with a baseball bat and set me on fire !!! 🤬🔥. Very unprofessional..
This location sucks. Ordered double portion gave me half. Not even the right order at all. Food is way too expensive to be playing with people’s food.
They really skimp out on your protein portions for how much $$$ they charge. Get TBK instead.

Always a problem here. They have a revolving door of employees. They are always out of items and they have many employees working. Today I gave the cashier $20.34 and she went to her manager and could not figure out how much to give back to me because my total was $10.34. I was appalled but then she proceeded to give me 10 cents back instead of $10. When I questioned her she said I gave her $10 only. Please do not give me an attitude if you can't figure out simple math. It is not my fault or my responsibility. Please go educate yourself instead of taking it out on the customers.
