This coffee tastes like it was brewed with lukewarm ditch water and burnt rubber. I threw the entire cup away after one sip because it was completely undrinkable. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. The “baristas” were extremely rude, gave attitude and made the worst coffee in existence.

Very rude and dismissive. I came here with my mother to buy a box of Cinnabons like we always do. This time my mom asked if she can have a sample of the little cinnabites since she’s never had one. The cashier Giselle A. then tells her “There just small donuts with sugar on it” Then I asked her yes, but are they soft or a little firm. She said “They’re soft.” With such a blank expression. This has been by far the rudest cashier and never said yes or no they provide free samples. There were no customers there besides us so we weren’t holding up any line or anything. She needs to be fired or have trained on common courtesy to customers.

Girl with the glasses was very rude I let her know I didn’t want the bag and gave it to her kindly, she proceeded to take out the receipt, and slam it on the counter. Let her know I didn’t want it either. She gave me a rude response and said there’s a garbage I vete there. I didn’t know there was a garbage over there. Either way it didn’t kill her to just throw it away for me. I held my composure and responded kindly . Everyone else was nice

Very poor service. There was a promo today $1.25 if you order on the app. Lady asked if I wanted the classic. I said yes how do I order. She said 7 minute wait. I said okay. Had $ in my hand to pay. She went to the next customer I said. I'm ready to pay now what about my order. She went to speak with someone and said again 7 minute wait. I said I cannot even prepay, like most companies do like Pizza places, other fast food joints. They said no. I said okay I go write a 1 star review. If you see my other reviews here, I always focus on the positive. There was nothing positive to say about this experienxe as a whole. Inexcusable customer service.

Had a great visit to Cinnabon! Giselle and Polona were amazing super friendly and helpful. All the items looked fresh and delicious. I tried the Strawberry Chillatta and it was absolutely great. Definitely coming back!

Had a bad experience with cinnabon at a differentlocation, but thanks to Mary my love with cinaboon has been restored. She was really nice and caring and fix my problem she is doing an awesome job.
Girl named Jasmyn is very manipulative and unprofessional. I've dated her on and off for 7 years and she is very toxic. With her working a job she still took advantage of me and my family and stole money from us as she was working a job at this Cinnabon. She is very unprofessional and brings her outside life problems into the work place. To have someone who manipulates and takes advantage of people, working at a massive chain, is very unprofessional and is very volatile for the future of Cinnabon. Me and a few other people will not be coming to this Cinnabon anymore in order to avoid Jasmyns negativity and any future issues that may stem from her not being able to control her anger.
