Local gem! Bowls, paninis, wraps and health drinks with greens and fresh fruits and vegetables. I got the monkey bowl and it’s delicious!! I also tried her ginger shot as i was waiting on my order. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place
Great tasting protein shakes. They serve a lot more then just shakes. This place is perfect for counting your calories a staying on track with your goals. I like the chocolate banana 🍌 protein shake.
I love this place. The owner is super awesome. And I have vegan gluten-free restrictions. She does have a good 35% option for that. I also like that her shop does not use any garbage proteins like or gain or garden of Life. Honestly, it's pretty good for what it is and my favorite go-choos are the electrolyte drinks from my pot syndrome. And the green smoothie with ginger.. I also like that she doesn't buy pre-mixed bags. She hand chops everything and freezes it. I think...
