Liset is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had! She was warm, funny, and made us feel like we were longtime friends the moment we sat down. She was quick with refills, checked in at the perfect times, and had great recommendations that we ended up loving. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was great, but Liset is the real reason we’ll be back. She turned dinner into such a memorable experience!

I love the staff and management is Amazing. They have amazing food. My favorite is the All American Slam. The food is fast and of great quality. It feels like I’m eating at my family home. The food is ok, they have some limited items thats decent. Their customer service, horrendous. I placed an order, ready to be picked up at 6:47am, when I got there, the gentleman told me we don't have one of the items, my manager will be in later today, call and we'll give you a refund.
1) why was I not called and notified of an item that you don't have before I showed up? Clearly, you all had enough time since I placed the order online. 2) I called the number after I left the restaurant. Took my info and told me the manager would give me a call (happened around 7am) 3) its not 5:48pm, almost 12 hrs later... no call from the manager 4) I called them, told me the manager is not in.
Frustration to no end. All for some mediocre food... seriously?

After my flight was canceled, I stopped by Denny’s for breakfast; something I hadn’t done in years because of a past bad experience. Today completely changed that. Alex is a true professional server: I never once had to ask for a refill on my water or coffee, the food was fresh, and his friendly demeanor made me feel like I’d known him for years. Great job, Denny’s, on turning things around. I’ll definitely be coming back!
