If you calculate the exact tax and show him the correct price he'll just tell you that "his accountant told him to charge that much". That is either false advertising (of base price) or tax fraud, depending on which quantity you believe is the one he's inflating. Either of those situations is a crime. In addition, he also has the corporate labeled cups set up as examples of the sizes but when you order he will give you a cheap white styrofoam cup and claim it's the same size. The franchise people need to shut this guy down.

Was there with two other adults and two children. It was the 1st time any of us were there. I had the banana split Dippin' Dots. It was really good. A unique type of ice cream for sure. Everyone enjoyed what they had ordered.The gentleman behind the counter was a real nice guy with a good sense of humor.

Probably one of the cleanest food businesses in the mall. Owner is very friendly and my kids are always happy to try the free samples he is offering before they pick their final flavors. The cotton candy and snow cones are an added treat. Snow cones are very reasonably priced. Look for his weekly deals to save some money, especially if you are taking multiple children.
