Absolutely blasphemous! When I go to work every Sunday, I go and get a Coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts. I usually go to a different Dunkin but this time I went to this one. What a terrible choice that was. First things first, they don’t have the new Dunkalatte drink that is on all of their menus and has been promoted heavily. That is one thing, and another is the way they make their coffee. When I order an iced coffee, I want ice in it, but I don’t want the entire cup to be filled with ice. That’s what everybody wants, but these workers disregard that completely and fill it with mostly ice so they have to do less. I’m already buying overpriced coffee, it doesn’t help that I’m being scammed even more by having little to no coffee in my cup. Sure, the taste is good as usual, but it’s unfortunate that I only get that taste for 3 sips and then my coffee is gone. They say America runs on dunkin, but America won’t be able to run if our coffee is made like this. Do better.

I went through drive thru on 8/20/2024 at 518pm. I saw 4 staff outside Dunkin playing Uno cards. There were sitting outside with a table and chairs set up. When Nicole took my order, she never clarified my order because she was in a hurry. When I got to the window, Aasya ended up giving me 20pcs munckins instead of 10pcs munchkins and vanilla long john. She just handed it to me without saying thank you and left right away to go back to playing cards. No receipt by the way. I was honking my car and knocking on the window to get Asya’s attention but she left so fast. Nicole came up to the window with an attitude and trying to reason out why Asya didnt hear me calling her. I am not sure if playing cards during work is a good example of customer service. It was a bad experience.

No one there cares at all if they get your order right or wrong. If you ask for a ketchup packet, you won't get it. When you ask for it after checking you'll begrudgingly receive it along with a nasty look.
Clearly kids run this place with nonexistent management or ownership. Food is often cold and drinks are overpacked with ice.
It's too bad the other two close to here don't have drive throughs as I would never come here ever again if they did.

My six-year-old wanted me to give these guys a poor review after he got home, opened up his doughnut bag and found an old-fashioned instead of the strawberry sprinkle he thought he ordered. Pretty hard to mix those two colors up so this is deserved

I asked for a turkey sausage cheese and egg sandwich and they gave me a regular sausage. I don’t eat pork so the sandwich is completely useless for me

I ordered my food, realized it was wrong and went back, waited in a line again was told it was my fault because I need to know how to order. They gave me what i was suppose to get (it was wrong again) and what I wanted was a cheaper price and the girl in the window got angry that I asked.i didn’t have time to go back again, if you can avoid this Dunkin. If you can go to the one over by like Harlem and Foster they are amazing over there.

I got 2 medium coffee 2 cream 1 sugar was just water and milk and sugar I think they just cleaned the coffee machine and give it to me I don’t think they make it with real coffee I m really disappointed

It is usually a good drive thru, but I noticed a couple of times I was charged more. I use the app to pay and twice I was charged $2 more for an iced Americano. Instead of $4.41 I paid 6.40. I didn't see the charge until later when checking the app. They need to be more careful when entering orders.

Although it’s drive-through, only, so much better than the DD on Lawrence about a mile away. Friendly, good coffee, and they don’t use cheap cups like the other location.
