I do like this place, pick up order ahead never very busy. All DD should be drive thru only. Makes more sense on the go. Never had a problem and come here every day Monday to Friday on my way to work.

Seems like I’m the only one that had a bad experience at this location. Asked for a hot sandwich and got one that wasn’t even warm. Asked them to take it back and to warm it up. They gave ot back to me the same way. I said if the sandwich was cooked the cheese would be melted she responded saying the cheese shouldn’t melt… what? Horrible location with a both of kids working there. Not only did they not cook my sandwich but they an attitudes. They should probably be at least one adult there making sure things are ran correctly. Never coming back here. 05/27 @ 9:28am

I regularly order matcha from Dunkin’, but every time the cup is filled mostly with ice and barely any actual drink. It’s really frustrating, especially considering the price I’m paying. I’m not paying for a cup of ice—I’m paying for a proper drink. I hope the staff takes this seriously and starts balancing the ice and drink better. It’s disappo

Order was repeated 3 times and still was given the wrong coffee. Ordered cream only and was given cream and sugar. I can’t have sugar so it was a waste of money. They were too busy partying and talking inside to pay attention to customers.
They charged us 1$ for taking less ice never going back there

Absolutely blasphemous! When I go to work every Sunday, I go and get a Coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts. I usually go to a different Dunkin but this time I went to this one. What a terrible choice that was. First things first, they don’t have the new Dunkalatte drink that is on all of their menus and has been promoted heavily. That is one thing, and another is the way they make their coffee. When I order an iced coffee, I want ice in it, but I don’t want the entire cup to be filled with ice. That’s what everybody wants, but these workers disregard that completely and fill it with mostly ice so they have to do less. I’m already buying overpriced coffee, it doesn’t help that I’m being scammed even more by having little to no coffee in my cup. Sure, the taste is good as usual, but it’s unfortunate that I only get that taste for 3 sips and then my coffee is gone. They say America runs on dunkin, but America won’t be able to run if our coffee is made like this. Do better.
