Ive been coming to this dunkin donuts my whole life, more so the last year and a half, and today I ordered an XL hot coffee with 5 pumps of mocha and whipped cream, the total has ALWAYS BEEN $3.97, Today they wanted to charge my $5.07, I explained that, that was to much, and then a Latina woman came over and within 3 minutes her voice was raised and shes telling me that, THATS NOT THE RIGHT PRICE, she then explained to me that for the last year and a half I was being charged wrong, and NOW YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER, AND I, NOR MY FAMILY WILL BE PATRONING THIS LOCATION ANYMORE. And if this young lady is a SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER, AT THIS LOCATION, ILL MAKE SURE BY WORD OF MOUTH THAT MY FELLOW NEIGHBORS OR FRIENDS WILL GO TO THE DUNKIN DONUT LOCATION ON CUMBERLAND. THE LOCATION ON CUMBERLAND IS VERY ACCOMMODATING, AND NICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Was 2nd person to order, then a herd of 5 ppl came in they left my drink for last waited over 8 minutes and couldn't even refund me full amount noone knows corporate number noone knows when manager is in. Unbelievable I never felt so discriminated , my food already got cold . They were rinsing a cup to serve me in it as well! Horrible people calling at 12pm since they said the manager will be in maybe around that time.

I love this place. Genuine Italian pastries, huge assortment, and wonderful and friendly staff. I must visit whenever I am in Norridge.
Stopped in for something quick in the morning. Ordered doughnuts and and iced coffees with cream and sugar. The iced coffees have chunks/gritty bits of sugar, wow. Our doughnuts included some apple fritters and Boston creams. Those doughnuts had almost no filling, I would say there was a small pocket of filling amounting to 1 bite. The lack of quality, high price and "convenience" isn't worth it in my opinion.
