The property manager who owns the lot where this Dunkin Donuts is located has hired a for profit company called Innovative Parking Solutions to boot vehicles while customers are inside the businesses. My family and I will unfortunately not be supporting any of the businesses inside this lot ever again, including the Dunkin Donuts, which we have visited frequently over the last several years.

I ordered off of uber eats and I wanted a hot macchiato but ended up getting iced macchiato. I don’t understand how you can mess up a drink like that. I mean you guys have to print out the sticker for the drink and stick it on. I’m sorry if it’s coming off rude but I really wanted to get a hot macchiato. Please start reading your orders correctly so this doesn’t happen again.

A big shoutout to Maysam, who truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Not only was Maysam friendly and polite, but she also made sure my order was properly filled. She took a moment to explain some of the seasonal specials, and her enthusiasm was contagious. It’s somewhat rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring customers leave happy.
My coffee was fresh, and the donuts were flawlessly prepared. It’s clear Maysam takes pride in what she does. She is a standout example of team commitment.

Im far from the city i went to do some important documents the closest bakery was Dunkin went there and ate a muffin some random Eastern European old guy seats on the same table i was starts talking and talking i felt so uncomfortable ? I barley understood him the young muslim girl that works in the morning told me to watch out of him i was so scared i wanted to leave but I didn’t know what to do then I left the table and he leaves the store starts smoking a cig but still very close to the store so i was afraid to leave the store imagine far away from home by myself being a girl is risky i told employee (old indian lady) i was afraid to leave the store bc of him and her very unprofessional response is he was talking to u for a long time is not good for our store please leave and i left but if they know someone is not safe for the costumers shouldn’t allow that common is 2024 and we can’t be safe in a cafeteria ?

Received a coupon from jewel Osco receipt and when I went to purchase the coffee the lady on the counter said they don’t take coupons when it obviously was the location and it wasn’t expired. The manger wasn’t there to help explain anything and one person working in the afternoon shift alone.
