So,I come in today and I young woman tells me I need to buy something in order to use the rest room….and I went to my vehicle grab my phone and ask what do I need to buy in order to use your restroom I am pregnant and also I cannot have much sugar ..the guy heavy set comes out from the back & says it’s not about money it’s not about the color you are we just don’t have any tissue I explain I have my own which I carried . He slam his hand down and buzz the rest room in .

I have visited this Dunkin’ multiple times and consistently faced poor customer service. The male staff members have been rude and lack basic manners when interacting with customers. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of treatment repeatedly. I hope the management takes serious action to address this issue to improve customer experience in the future.

I visited Dunkin for a hot chocolate, and since my sweet tolerance is low, I asked if they could add some extra milk. While the guy at the counter didn’t look super enthusiastic at first, he was still very helpful and willingly accommodated my request. Later, I realized I forgot to ask for whipped cream — and he added that too without any issue.
Overall, it was a nice experience. Nothing too fancy, but it hit the spot. I’d definitely recommend this Dunkin for a quick and decent drink stop!

This is 6/1/2025. Dunkin’ is great to have as a staple with their long hours and sometimes it’s 24/7! Can’t beat having it open when you need it. This store is open 4am to 9pm most days. The staff are friendly and sweet … 2 young nice guys today Michael and manager Amro. The store is clean and welcoming with seating and a free bathroom right off the major street of North Cumberland Avenue. Plenty of free parking. This is in a big shopping mall with other stores you would probably enjoy like Lins Mandarin, Subway, Ellys pancake house, nail and hair salons and a spa, Havana Hookah, Bab Al Salam, Dolynka, Shirin, polish deli, and Chase bank and so much more. And June 6 2025 is free donut day if you buy a drink! Free WiFi.

Maysam is so sweet and always makes her customers feel appreciated!! She makes the best coffee and refreshers and I wouldn’t want anyone else to make them, it always makes me happy to see when she is working!!!
Wft guys?!?! I ordered a hot large cappuccino and when I removed the foam I just received 2" of coffee ?!?! What are you doing?!?! Also cashier should take care of the customer, not of his phone. Disrespectfully!!!

The property manager who owns the lot where this Dunkin Donuts is located has hired a for profit company called Innovative Parking Solutions to boot vehicles while customers are inside the businesses. My family and I will unfortunately not be supporting any of the businesses inside this lot ever again, including the Dunkin Donuts, which we have visited frequently over the last several years.

I ordered off of uber eats and I wanted a hot macchiato but ended up getting iced macchiato. I don’t understand how you can mess up a drink like that. I mean you guys have to print out the sticker for the drink and stick it on. I’m sorry if it’s coming off rude but I really wanted to get a hot macchiato. Please start reading your orders correctly so this doesn’t happen again.

A big shoutout to Maysam, who truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Not only was Maysam friendly and polite, but she also made sure my order was properly filled. She took a moment to explain some of the seasonal specials, and her enthusiasm was contagious. It’s somewhat rare to encounter someone so dedicated to ensuring customers leave happy.
My coffee was fresh, and the donuts were flawlessly prepared. It’s clear Maysam takes pride in what she does. She is a standout example of team commitment.
I’ll definitely be returning to this Dunkin’ location. If you visit, make sure to say hi to Maysam—she’ll brighten your day!
